My sec question is on sourcing the finance. What if you don’t want to borrow from the interest based mortgage? Do you think you can enter the property market and be successful with the Islamic mortgage or hpp finance given they require 20% deposit and higher monthly pmts? Finally, you recommend working for someone before starting out yourself. What is that’s not an option for some people, given where they are in life right now? Do you have any advise how they succeed since they don’t have that learning opportunity

This video is misleading; I started with £60k 25 years ago and have put the effort it. I've worked everyday since then , never taken a holiday or spent money on a nice car etc. I don't have any pension or any savings but I've now got a property worth £480k with a 25 year term £200k interest only mortgage; 280k equity. I'm not complaining but the rewards aren't as much as you imply.

If you have a £10k ,no doctor or accountant would trust you with their money to help them. Minimum deposit is £15%. So £200k you need £30k. Or you tell us to start a business like estate agent
