Alberto, I really appreciate you posting this. I tried to remove the subwoofer before watching the video and to be honest I'm not sure I would have found the fasteners without breaking something. Thanks!
I happy I was able to help you. Coming out is always easy. Putting it back in can be challenging because the subwoofer has to line up perfectly or won’t slide back
@@Alberto1B I actually ran into that issue on the passenger side. I also had to remove the brackets to get the carpet/insulation pieces in and out. My 996.2 is a little different than yours. Close enough for the video to guide me through however, thanks.
Thanks for this! I just bought a 4S and need to access my 2ndary relays (under those plates are the ECU on the left and the relays on the right) since my spoiler is stuck in the up position and one thing to test is for a failed relay.
Very helpful and informative videos as always, thanks for taking the time to post these..

My pleasure. Porsche 911 is the easiest car I have ever worked on. Don’t be intimidated to do anything. Check out my other DIY videos

Great vid as always. How much do you think the subwoofer weighs?
Surprisingly It’s super light. Even though it’s big. Probably 10 lbs or less
