type of town the university is in...Large universities, smaller to middle sized towns seems to help with good partying. Add in a winning culture and you have more to party for. WVU historically parties even harder when winning, especially football and basketball.

To be clear, this is all in good fun. Honestly, I have no real frame of reference for analyzing Morgantown's party scene, because I, like most other people in this country, have never thought to myself, "you know what I need? A trip to Morgantown, West Virginia for some fun." Perhaps you're right. Maybe it is the best party school in the BIG XII. I suppose it's the kind of filthy fun that caters more to close friends and cousins.
On the other hand, folks travel from all over the world to party in Tempe and Scottsdale.
