Great vid. I have been eyeing up these Original Series guitars for years now but they keep getting more and more expensive. Even more expensive than the Suhr I just bought from Japan. Looking at this vid, I have no doubt that these are worth the money as yours looks absolutely flawless and master-crafted. Enjoy, and thanks for the review!
@@petersrensen6034 Thank you very much. I try to make these watchable and not too too long. Everything is so expensive these days, isn’t it? I am sure that your Suhr is incredible as well. Happy to bring the review to you. Thanks for the well wishes. 🙂👍🏻🎸 G
Wow this is a truly stunning guitar! I wouldn't change a thing. A lot of the time I play better on guitars like this live since it gives me less things to think about. Those inlays are awesome, I really dig whatever dark material is between the two light inlays.
For more versatility, I would recommend the Horizon II or III models. The Horizon II has the same shape, but comes with 2 full-size humbuckers. The versions with the passive Duncans have a push- pull coil split function which gives you 6 different tone variations. The Horizon III has a different body shape with an elongated upper horn & asymetric body. Comes also with 2 full size humbuckers and the variant with the passive Duncans have also push-pull coil splitting.
Good lord that’s a gorgeous guitar
Horizon is my favorite body shape - which is why I have two!
LOVE your Horizons, brother. Great memories attached to those.
