That group was beaten down to doing countdowns before every jump because one participant was playing like he was solo, trying to progress when the rest of the team was not ready to proceed. It is impressive how in sync Charlie's group is. All it takes is one player trying to move ahead too fast or lagging behind to throw the whole team into disorder. It almost seems like a missed opportunity that this game is not called Weakest Link.

This seems like a great movie plot. 2 people chained together having to escape. They'd be like polar opposites and don't like each other but they have to work together and they start to bond whilst they do it
Imagine the budget for the creators of this game growing so they release a 2nd version that looks way more official with original assets and platforms that don’t just seem to be floating on nothing, this game is actually so good

Being chained together would make for a cool difficulty modifier or penalty etc. in co-op games in general. I could see the covenant in Halo have some weapon that can tether players together... If a marine, grunt, jackal or drone gets attached to you, they just get dragged around without resistance. It does work better in 3rd person or especially top-down, though, but a directional indicator like with grenade warnings + some coordination would work well too.
When Charlie was talking about the BOOM! written on the wall. I looked up the costco guys and they were live on TikTok singing 'We Bring The BOOM To you" with the RIzzler while eating Double Chocolate chip cookies.. Why? How NUTS is that. haha
