What's the Difference between a Hard and Soft Ventriloquist Figure.

This is meant to help discern the difference between a soft puppet and a hard dummy. There are many more differences and options by various builders.

The Simon Sez came with the upgrade from the Willie Talk. Same face, but Willie talk is a little smaller and has the string in the neck.
