Aaron. One of my greatest memories was being on that island with two of my best friends. We had sailed a 32 fot Morgan and anchored in the sand. This was years before the anchor ball system was available. We went snorkeling about two hundred yards away when we saw a man checking out the boat. He was a marine biologist with the national park. He appreciated us anchoring in sand. For the next few hours he gave us a tour of the underwater eecho system. It was breathtaking and memorable then and even more now. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for taking us along! That place is stunning😊. My wife and I still get excited to see each other every day, when we come home from work, go out in the water, whatever we’re doing. Treat the relationship with the respect it deserves and it never loses its luster. I loved seeing her reaction to what you said, that’s how love should feel❤️
Your video came at the perfect time. Just returned to Tampa. No major damage due to Milton going south of us. A lot of yard debris etc. Just sat down to chill when you popped up. Of course my puppy decided to go out to play. Thank you so much for your videos. Praying for everyone by this storm. You reach so many people that really need you when they need a break. Thank you
Sarasota/Venice is still feeling it man....but I'm glad it wasn't a direct Tampa hit. Considering Ian was supposed to hit Tampa too though, this is getting a little too common now 🫣
Thanks for the escape. The wife and I are up in NC just outside of Asheville so we've been trapped at ground zero for the past couple of weeks. It's been nice being able to go fishing with my buddy (you) and get away from here for a while. Blessings.
Aaron, that shot of the sun at the beginning of the video is awesome. You are surely blessed thank you for taking us along as always. I enjoy the rides.
When I was in highschool a group of 20 or so kids and some adults went from Ft Meyers to the Dry Tortugas. We took a head boat chartered for 5 days and went to camp in front of the Fort on the beach. We tried going to Loggerhead and we snorkeled the awesome shallow area full of coral. But the Coast Guard wouldn't let anyone on the beach there. The lobsters in the coral heads were full grown massive. We caught a lot of fish from the boat and had an awesome time. We ate fish we caught every night. Great memories.
You are the only one UA-camr who actually use all the fish, and that's nice, I was born in Venezuela and grow up in the Caribbean and no waste when you fish, but many others fisherman in the US sadly just the fillets and waste the rest. Regards from Barcelona ESPAÑA
Hey, Aaron 👋🏼 I love it when Madeleine is in the videos. She always wants food 😂😂 and she’s tiny! Good for her! You two are great together and I love the content. Especially going back to your engagement location. Stunning! Have a Blessed Night 😊🤿
1/2 the reason I watch, GF watches too! We live on the Gulf just about as far away from Aaron as you can be and still be in FL. Plan is to head to the most quiet Key. THANKS for the preview Aaron and Maddy! Edit: autocorrected her name to Mandy😂
What a beautiful life you've built with your gorgeous wife, Tipsy and Tuna - and Will at times lol TY as always Aaron for your amazing videos. You always make me think about my beloved home in Mississippi on the Gulf - the lifestyle, instead of sadness I used to feel, I can now look back with gratitude.
Aaron, I've said this to you before, but after watching you two in that beautiful place...savor every minute of these times with your lovely mate. It is obvious you two have tied a tight knot. Keep it that way. Thanks for taking us all on your trip.
Wowww! Loggerhead is stunning. I'm very partial to the out islands of the Bahamas, but this impressed me. I just wanted to run on the beach into the water. Excellent video. And the food looked great too!
Must be nice to video your own mermaid. Thanks for the mini vacation, I live in the Pacific Northwest and I watch anything you do underwater. Stay safe and keep up the great work
Great videos. Brought back a lot of memories of the Dry Tortugas. Thanks for doing what you do and reminding me of the places I have fished and loved around Ocean Reef and north to Soldier. Just be aware, and this may be why they work so well, that paper towels have bleach in them. I filtered water changes for my reef tanks through them to try and save the water and use it again, and the corals DID NOT react well to the water that had been filtered with paper towels. You can guess why. Just something to inform your process. Probably doesn't matter that much but explains why they keep fish so well.
"You look so stoked when you come up..." that made me laugh. I really like the sectioning-off of the video, really helps with watchability and if I want to go back, I know where to click depending on the section. Thanks Aaron
Your vlog never fails to be interesting, funny, fascinating, artistic and inspiring. It’s fun watching you all in the kitchen, I have picked some great tips. You are doing great work. Thank you.
Cool video Aaron. Love seeing the Loger head Lighthouse! So pretty there . I think I might be taking a trip down next summer but we usually stay in Key Colony Beach. Cheers!
I started storing my fillets in paper towels after seeing you recommend it and it makes a huge difference in how long it lasts and honestly the quality seems better as well.
Hey Aaron! Been a fan for so long you have no idea only recently subbed tho cuz of my OCD and let me tell ya bro I caught my first African Pompano today and I immediately recognized it thanks to watching the channel. Keep on keeping on brotha! Great vid as always.
Sweet video guys. You treat each other with respect and affection. Very nice to see two young people in love. Such a serene magical place. Thanks for sharing your time together as a couple.
That reminds me of my beached in the Bahamas! oh how I miss them and cannot wait to see them again! You two water babies were made for each other! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
What a great, relaxing, laid back video. I really enjoyed it, beautiful scenery, the water was amazing on the little island. I don't eat raw fish, never acquired the taste for it, but your dinner looked very tasty. Thanks for the little vacation for my mind!
I can't deny it; the color of the water in the Tortugas is the most incredible I've ever seen anywhere! Haven't been out there in a few years. Have to get back there!
Capt forgive me for saying but your Queens story of the start of matrimony is truly magical. It's a definition of pure love when something is so one of kind. I hope to meet you at the boat show bro
Hi Aaron been a long time follower. thank you thank you thank you Madeline for chopping the man bun I know it’s shallow but hated it 😂 . And dam girl you can really dive .so great to see you guys diving together
12:59 I had no idea this video would be about APs bro!! This is such a coincidence. Having caught my first today that’s crazy! We don’t get em a lot here in Portland, Jamaica so it’s a rare treat.
Just found your channel. From the area myself. I am currently dropping weight and working on my breathing so i can spearfish. Binge watching your channel all day... Keep it up buddy
Great video, I'm not even a sushi fan and it made me want some! Thanks for another much needed break in the week. Sorry that Mad didn't get an AP, though.
Love all of your videos Aaron and look forward to more episodes. I wish you would have taken your fancy camera and given it a shot. That water looks amazing.

Aaron. I have only one question about the safety of removing a fish from the spear after you have reloaded. I watch and rewatch the videos, the underwater still reminds me of diving gitmo/Cuba in the 80s. And cooking segments are fantastic, constantly borrowing ideas. Thank you
I love your videos Adam and I have learned a lot from them. I also know you guys try to follow the rules, and there are many in our national parks. Shell collecting in the park is not allowed and you really shouldn't encourage others to do it. Look, admire, appreciate it's beauty then leave it for the next visitor to do the same. Spearguns must be disassembled before entering the park (maybe you did that I don't know). If you bring a speared fish into the park you have to first go to the station to check in. Also check the swimming regs for Loggerhead Key, I think it's limited to one swimming place only because It's within the designated research area.
Brother...get Clams to whip up (if he doesn't already know) some recipes for those jack crevalle...or better, get a smoker for yourselves.
