- Since a good cowboy needs both brawn and brains, the remaining contestants are tested on both. In an individual challenge, the cowboys must guess the value of a variety of ranch items. From heavy equipment to cattle dogs to medication, the cowboys showcase their business sense, or lack of it. Later, in a team challenge, the cowboys must set up a camp, round up a herd of cattle, and hold them till morning.

This show has become one of the high points of my week, I enjoy it on many levels.
In today’s show, Tyler was impressive! He’s shown his capability of being a team player, a leader, and a rancher. In addition, I admire the way he values fatherhood, despite the obstacles that he had to face in his own life. Keep growing Tyler, you're doing a great job!

This season is wild. The contestants sitting there talking and worrying about how Tyler is playing the game when the method he is using the most to his advantage is just showing up and being top hand. 😂 Team Tyler all the way, his roping is on point this season. 🙌🏼

Love Trace. Found this series and I have went back and watched a lot of past seasons too. I really enjoy this show. Its a tough job being a cowboy and I admire them for being one.

There's no shame on making mistakes, it is ok, it's part of life but there's times when life's gon' make you pay for them. That's a lesson right there, you just gotta make those a good learning lesson and move on

Tyler is my favorite by far and I don't care what anyone says, he's certainly not a "snake" as some say. He's a good kid and will be a good man.
2:18 school yard bullies are still school yard bullies, they just trying to be cowboy bullies? This doesn't sit with me especially after he was so proud of twisting "it's like a vacation" to mean something it's not, when for some of us getting to do a job we love in a new setting, never feels like work. It feels like new adventures with sunrises & sunsets in New places & faces.
I agree, Trace made the wrong call when kicking off that blonde lady. She may have been part of the losing team, but on a team full of failures she stood out as somewhat capable. I think the guy with the map who didn't let everyone else really see the map should've been kicked off for gross incompetence and a general lack of leadership skills. BRING HER BACK AND KICK OFF CODY OR SOMETHING.
I agree! Was frustrated with this call and glad she was strong enough to call him out. It didn’t change Trace’s mind but she stood up!
I agree. Cody had the map. How hard was it for him to say the cattle are penned up in this wash and then go straight to them. JP went right to them without even looking at the map.

Absolutely, the three made a plan and she promptly abandoned it and screwed up. The cattle were only a 1/4 mile away in the wash! But, yea they all should have looked at the map so they would all have known not to go very far.
