Teen murder accused can't be prosecuted as adult - NPA

The case against a 17-year-old boy accused of killing grade 10 pupil Deveney Nel has been postponed to October 16. The minor allegedly has other rape and sexual assault cases against him. Western Cape NPA spokesperson Eric Ntabazalila says despite public outcry to prosecute the teenager as an adult, it is not possible in law.
