There’s just something very special about taking your friend to one of your favorite local game stores. Mom and pop shops like this one are disappearing so it’s nice to be able to share this experience with everyone.
Great video. I was in that store a couple of weeks ago after a trip to Kumamoto Castle. The game selection is amazing. However, you do have to pay attention for the "out of stock" sticker. Multiple times it did feel like i was being teased (i suppose you'd call it edging these days). Seeing a game i wanted on the shelf but, when picking it up, seeing the "out of stock" sticker on the front. I did get some great games for my collection though, and for decent prices. I would thoroughly recommend these Comic Land stores. Just a shame i hadn't time to walk to their sister store just down the road. Next time maybe.
Yeah I can safely say this was the "flagship" of the 3 being the biggest but the other 2 also had some great finds. Highly recommend of you're in the area for sure.
Since you mentioned super potato, perhaps it would be cool for the viewers, if you would go to the store in Tokyo centre. I know prices might not be the best, but it would be entertaining to watch anyway. Some people who might intend to visit Japan in the near future, like me, perhaps wont have a lot of time to gamehunt outside touristy areas. Cheers
