@@crucified4me I'm doing good brother just had a change of life experience to go through. Getting put on disability is a rollercoaster ride thats not fun. Not knowing if you will be accepted or not is tough but also once ya do get it then you go through other emotions. I'm doing ok now but had to stop making reviews the harassment I was getting was weird and deeply spiritual so I quit. My family and health were more important than trying to deal with youtube at the time. I've tried to share things about that over the years but online church style approaches dont work here. There is an accountability factor that you cant achieve as a group so you must do so by deleting comments and blocking bad apples , sad but thats just the facts. I became way to relaxed with giving away bibles and was taken advantage of , its my fault. Gifting online can become destructive if ya let it but also there are ungodly folks who will use your good intentions for gain. Healthy giving directed by the Holy Spirit is best done biblically , quietly and unseen once I broke that standard on my channel the enemy swooped in. 99% of those who the Lord blessed with bibles were good folks, I've met lots and know they are wonderful bible geeks. Its that 1% of crafty wolves who ya wouldn't even suspect, they are among these groups but its online so , I can only separate from them in my house/space. My wife is much better at discerning these signs than I am, she was right on the money 😇 shes definitely my favorite rib. I'll eventually be making vids again and watching over my channel its the only control that you have online ....UA-cam is not Church, we can fellowship and share Gods word , testify and be a light to others for Jesus but we cannot govern the body. @@crucified4me Honestly the good videos to me are when folks share out of joy and true love of Gods word. There is something about quality made bible that grabbed my attention 20 years ago and started my journey. When I first seen a Cambridge cameo at my local book house I was like wow this is COOL as I seen the tag for $110 I slowly sat it down ...I then said, WOW not buying that one today Lol but I was hooked before I knew I was hooked 😂 I have lots of bibles that I like more than the fancy ones cause they are unique and have character. Its a bible geek thing 😉 I will add your email and contact ya in the next day or so brother, and thanks so much.
THINGS I wish be excluded from the Bible-- presentation page, concordance and maps. Then we'll have an even thinner book. Thanks for the review. Mine is on the way.
Can you please measure the thickness difference between this one and the Schuyler Quentel? Measurements are not in evangelical bible website. I'm looking for thinline goatskin in red letters
Hi, this one is an inch and a quarter thick and the Quentel regular size (28 GSM) is an inch and half, so there's about a quarter of an inch difference. Hope this helps!
I took delivery of this Bible yesterday and it exceeds expectations I had from this review. The trimming of the cover leather (where it’s perimeter stitched at 05:40 above) is perfect, straight as an arrow, and the corners are very neat on mine. Also the gilding is better on mine looking like solid gold from some angles. Was yours a review sample? If you bought it, then you should seek an exchange for a properly trimmed one.
Hi dear Trevor, thank you so much for watching and commenting! I bought this copy since Thomas Nelson informed me that they would not be giving out review copies on this one (it's a limited edition). But the irregular cut doesn't bother me much so I think I'll hang on to it ;) I'm so happy to know that your copy is better and that you are pleased with it 👍 May God bless you abundantly as you meet Him in His Word 🤗
In all honesty it is not the best for preaching if you like verse numbers that stand out. I can make it work because I highlight the verse numbers but even so it is probably not the ideal. The font is big enough for the pulpit if you have a good eyesight, but the verse numbers are a bit small in my opinion. I hope this helps 🙏🏽
Thank you for your excellent review. Its very helpful to have all three editions discussed in one review. I just purchased the beautiful blue edition. About 12 minutes into the video, you mentioned that there was a Nelson premiere collection Bible with a typo in Philippians. Can you tell use the specific Bible with the error and the specific chapter and verse? Thank you.
Hi, thank you so much for watching and commenting. The first printing of the NKJV Verse-By-Verse Center Column Reference Bible in the Premier Collection has a letter missing in the title of the epistle to the Philippians, not in the biblical text itself. The title goes like this: "he Epistle of Paul the Apostle to the Philippians" Evidently the first letter ("T") is missing. But like I mention in the video, Thomas Nelson corrected this in the second printing. Hope this helps 👍 Blessings :)
Hi dear Alberto, I can think of several that I really like but I would need a little bit more info from you to make sure I can respond in the best way. See, it really depends on your price range, and your preferences. You like bigger Bibles, or smaller Bibles, or something in between? You prefer large font, or small font? Do you want references and translation notes or just translation notes? Do you normally write in your Bible and need margin space? Around how much are you planing on spending? Let me know as much as you can the answer to these questions and I'll give you a few options 😉 Blessings!
@@crucified4me I apologize, I should’ve been more specific lol. -something in between -small or large font is fine -references and translation notes -I don’t usually write on my bibles -I’m willing to spend from $100 to $250 dollars.
@@albertocelaya1597, Thank you, with that info I can have a better idea... For what you describe I really think the Cambridge Clarion is an amazing option since it's not big nor small: ua-cam.com/video/D2f96A96OBs/v-deo.html Another option I would look into is the SC Premier by Thomas Nelson, if you are okay with a thicker Bible that is still not too big: ua-cam.com/video/b8Q2XbpnFuU/v-deo.html For a full size Bible (not study Bible size, just full size) look into the Center Column Reference VBV Premier: ua-cam.com/video/6gHxpDyD1VI/v-deo.html My main Bible is the Schuyler Quentel NKJV. It does not have as many references as the option that I'm giving you above, but I just love the gutter space and the overall feel of the Bible. They sold out but are in pre-order now and will be available in late November: ua-cam.com/video/_nCVct-Mrio/v-deo.html Here's the link for this last one: evangelicalbible.com/product-category/nkjv/schuyler-quentel-nkjv/ There☝you can also find the PSQ (Personal Size Quentel NKJV). If I was not interested in all the cross-references that you can find in the Thomas Nelson Bibles and I did not need to write in my Bibles, I would probably use a PSQ much more. When I bought it I though the font was a bit too small for me but to be honest, today I think it works just fine: ua-cam.com/video/1uAObNehgrs/v-deo.html Okay, there you have some options and some homework 😆 Sorry for giving you so many but these are truly some of the best NKJVs out there and with just a little bit of digging you may find that one of them may be your dream Bible 😉 God bless you my brother!
I dont like blue bibles that are on offer but this one is truely beautiful. The blue is excellent, very vivid. I love the liner better in regards to the depth. One of my favourite colour contrasts is a rich navy blue with hold or silver. But schuyler and others just don’t seem to get it right to my taste.
Thank you so much for watching and for your feedback! Yes, this Bible presents a beautiful color scheme. I initially thought I wouldn't like it when it was announced but I actually love it now that it's here. Blessings 🙏🏽
Great question 😆 I love them both! The brown has a more thicker cover so it's just a little bit better to hold in the hand while preaching. But I love the blue color and the slightly bigger yapp so... I can't choose!! They are both awesome 😎
Can anyone tell me how does it feel in terms of size compared to a Schuyle Quentel? I thought the Quentel was just a tad bit too large and edge lining was too strong.
Hi, I'm happy to provide an answer and information for you as much as I can. Do you know exactly which Schuyler Quentel you are referring too? In the NKJV, Schuyler has published one in 36 GSM a few years ago and that one is definitely a bit more bulky. The newer 28 GSM NKJV Schuyler Quentel is thinner, but still wider and heavier than the NKJV Thinline Premier that you see on this video. The footprint is about the same but the thickness is different. This one is considerably thiner than the Quentel, even the 28 GSM Quentel. I hope this helps and let me know if you have any more questions that I can help you with. Blessings!
@@crucified4me I should have clarified. Thanks for replying. I meant the Thomas Nelson 36 GSM vs the Schuyler 28 GSM. For me, even a Schuyler 28 was too much Bible. Hard to hold, have to set it on a table. I wonder if I will still feel that with the Thomas Nelson. It's like the PSQ size kind of ruined me for a larger Bible!
@@Psalm144.1, This one is clearly bigger than a PSQ :) Like I said, about the same footprint as the Schuyler NKJV 28 GSM, but a little bit thinner. I doubt that comparing it to a PSQ you would feel that it is very easy to handle, they are really Bibles of a different size. Still, I find the NKJV Thinline Premier easier to hold and carry for sure when compared to a full size Schuyler, even the 28 GSM. I failed to compare the two with detail in my video but I can maybe record a short video comparing the 2 and even putting them side by side the PSQ if you need me to do that ;)
Hey, thank you so much for watching and commenting. I don't have the heirloom thinline from Crossway so I cannot give you a very good answer on that, sorry! I do have the ESV Heirloom Legacy from Crossway (latest printing in China) and the cover has a more rough texture than this one (NKJV Thinline Premier). Hope this helps! Blessings :)
Hi, thank you so much for your comment! I think the closest to what you are asking is the NKJV Center Column Classic Reference Bible in the Premier Collection by Thomas Nelson: ua-cam.com/video/6gHxpDyD1VI/v-deo.html The space in the margin is not that great though. But if you can wait until March they will be coming out with the NKJV Premier Wide Margin. I recorded a video on what they announced on that one a few months ago: ua-cam.com/video/WFICIBbGfd4/v-deo.html I hope this helps :)
I really wish that Thomas Nelson would have a premium thinline Bible like this one in verse by verse. To my knowledge they have not announced something like this but if I hear anything I'll let you know 👍 Happy New Year 🤗
The typo is not on this specific Bible but on the first printing of the NKJV VBV Center Column Reference Bible, also in the Premier Collection. That first edition had a typo in the title of the epistle to the Philippians. The later printings are corrected. Blessings!
@@crucified4me, thank you. I noticed the copy I have does indeed have the misprint. In regard to this specific Bible in the video, is the 36 gsm paper the same as the first edition ~ the black premium goatskin or is it an improvement? The product description for the first edition that is provided on CBD does not indicate. Update: Evangelicalbible indicates 36gsm for the first edition. Thanks again! John 10:27
@@pastorwaynevillarreal1842 Yes, for what I know it's exactly the same paper. I'll be publishing a review of the recently released NKJV Wide Margin Premier Collection and I do a paper test in the video. The paper is really resistant. Blessings!
It's obvious that the cover was not cut straight. The upper left hand corner stands out. For the price these Bibles cost it would definitely be going back. Where is the quality control from the manufacturer?

I ended up buying this blue one it is nice but I kinda kick myself for not getting the brown . I think I would have liked the thicker cover . Also I already have my nasb in blue so I'm now wondering why I did that LOL . It is very nice and reminds me of my ESV Thinline widemargin . They both have a slightly polished goatskin with the same kind of liner . It's the kind of bible you don't have to baby to much . Some bibles are just so fragile and don't take well to scratching and snags.
Hey my bro, yeah, that brown goatskin is really nice and thick, also, the black letter in a Bible like this works really well, IMO. I did write in it, sorry 😆😄 It was definitely easier for me to write in the brown one than in the blue... Brown one gets used more often than the blue (kept in the box)... These just came out October 13th here in Canada. My birthday was the 16th and I sadly didnt get my copy. It was lost in transit... so sad seeing this review and it's TRUE beauty. God bless you pastor!
Thank you for watching and commenting my brother 👍 Yes, it’s a gorgeous Bible! Hope you get your copy soon 🙏🏽 Happy Birthday my friend 🤗
Thank you for the review Pastor. I just ordered one. I love the kitten. Gods best to you brother!
Thank you so much for watching and commenting! I hope you love it :) May the Lord bless you as well 🙏🏽🤗

Your welcome.
It came! And, it is gorgeous, in its simplicity.., Bigger than I thought it would be , but feels so nice on my hand. The Navy Blue is so rich looking... and I can read it.
I still agree that verse numbers could be more visible...
I underline and highlight (gel highlighters, only) in my Bibles, but...I may have trouble marking this one. 🙃
Having THREE ribbons is wonderful.. I also love the plain front... So elegant.
Thanks so much for your recommendation. 💜
Awesomeness 😎 So happy that you liked it and that my video was somehow helpful 🙏🏽 Enjoy with Jesus ❤️

Boom! First!...But seriously. Great video!!! Great looking Bible!
🤣 LOL! Yes, it took me a bit of a sleepless night but there it is... I had to do it for this one :) Thank you so much for watching and being the "first" to comment 🤗🙏🏽👍
These are very nice .
Really are 🙏🏽 Thank you so much for watching and commenting my brother 🤗🤗🤗 Hope you are doing well 🙏🏽
@@crucified4me I'm doing good brother just had a change of life experience to go through.
I've always watched your videos brother , you are one of the best reviewers in this place 😊
@@Airik1111bibles Wow! Thank you so much for sharing dear brother 🙏🏽 I was not aware that you had a disability story. I will be praying for you. I agree with you on the fact that we need to be simple as doves and wise as serpents, especially on these platforms 🙏🏽 I’ve watched many of your videos and they are some of the absolute best reviews out there! I’m really not very knowledgeable in premium Bibles, just love them so much and in these last 5 years I have been given the privilege of entering this world. I’ve made some bad calls as well with the best of intentions 😬 But like you’ve experienced, most people I interact with are of a sound Christian heart and are not trying to take advantage of me. I think our wives should hang out. They probably would get along 🤣 So nice connecting with you. I know you have been, you are and will continue being a blessing for many. Feel free to email me at XXX anytime. Would love to interact some more 🙏🏽 Blessings my friend 🤗
@@crucified4me Honestly the good videos to me are when folks share out of joy and true love of Gods word. There is something about quality made bible that grabbed my attention 20 years ago and started my journey.
When I first seen a Cambridge cameo at my local book house I was like wow this is COOL as I seen the tag for $110 I slowly sat it down ...I then said, WOW not buying that one today Lol but I was hooked before I knew I was hooked 😂
I have lots of bibles that I like more than the fancy ones cause they are unique and have character. Its a bible geek thing 😉 I will add your email and contact ya in the next day or so brother, and thanks so much.
@@Airik1111bibles Looking forward to your email 🤗
THINGS I wish be excluded from the Bible-- presentation page, concordance and maps. Then we'll have an even thinner book. Thanks for the review. Mine is on the way.
Thank you for watching and commenting 😉 I hope you love it 👍
Does it come in blue buffalo leather ? My new favourite. Not floppy. Soft and sturdy. Both.
@@crucified4me Thank you! I appreciate it!
The inside edge work could be a little cleaner. It's still an awesome looking Bible.
Yes! I believe most copies look better than mine. Thank you so much for watching and commenting 🤗
The color Blue reminds us of the foundation of God's government: Numbers 15:37-40
Yes, it's a very meaningful color in the Bible and it sure is beautiful. Thank you!
Wow. Again
How is it for preaching? Is the verses easy distinguished from one another?
In all honesty it is not the best for preaching if you like verse numbers that stand out. I can make it work because I highlight the verse numbers but even so it is probably not the ideal. The font is big enough for the pulpit if you have a good eyesight, but the verse numbers are a bit small in my opinion. I hope this helps 🙏🏽
Yes very much, thank you!
The title goes like this: "he Epistle of Paul the Apostle to the Philippians"
Evidently the first letter ("T") is missing. But like I mention in the video, Thomas Nelson corrected this in the second printing. Hope this helps 👍 Blessings :)
I just ordered the brown in the amazon sale now u have me wondering if I made the right choice
I love the two! You can’t go wrong with any of these 😉 But I feel you, it’s hard to choose 😬
Hey brother,
What nkjv bible would you recommend to take to church and for bible study?
Thanks!
-something in between
-small or large font is fine
-references and translation notes
-I don’t usually write on my bibles
-I’m willing to spend from $100 to $250 dollars.
@@albertocelaya1597, Thank you, with that info I can have a better idea... For what you describe I really think the Cambridge Clarion is an amazing option since it's not big nor small: ua-cam.com/video/D2f96A96OBs/v-deo.html
Another option I would look into is the SC Premier by Thomas Nelson, if you are okay with a thicker Bible that is still not too big: ua-cam.com/video/b8Q2XbpnFuU/v-deo.html
For a full size Bible (not study Bible size, just full size) look into the Center Column Reference VBV Premier: ua-cam.com/video/6gHxpDyD1VI/v-deo.html
My main Bible is the Schuyler Quentel NKJV. It does not have as many references as the option that I'm giving you above, but I just love the gutter space and the overall feel of the Bible. They sold out but are in pre-order now and will be available in late November: ua-cam.com/video/_nCVct-Mrio/v-deo.html
Here's the link for this last one: evangelicalbible.com/product-category/nkjv/schuyler-quentel-nkjv/
There☝you can also find the PSQ (Personal Size Quentel NKJV). If I was not interested in all the cross-references that you can find in the Thomas Nelson Bibles and I did not need to write in my Bibles, I would probably use a PSQ much more. When I bought it I though the font was a bit too small for me but to be honest, today I think it works just fine: ua-cam.com/video/1uAObNehgrs/v-deo.html
Okay, there you have some options and some homework 😆 Sorry for giving you so many but these are truly some of the best NKJVs out there and with just a little bit of digging you may find that one of them may be your dream Bible 😉 God bless you my brother!
SO do you prefer the brown or blue more??
Great question 😆 I love them both! The brown has a more thicker cover so it's just a little bit better to hold in the hand while preaching. But I love the blue color and the slightly bigger yapp so... I can't choose!! They are both awesome 😎
I prefer bonded leather, does it come in bonded leather?
I failed to compare the two with detail in my video but I can maybe record a short video comparing the 2 and even putting them side by side the PSQ if you need me to do that ;)
Would you say in your opinion that this bible is better to get then cross way esv blue goatskin heirloom thinline edition ?
Hey, thank you so much for watching and commenting. I don't have the heirloom thinline from Crossway so I cannot give you a very good answer on that, sorry! I do have the ESV Heirloom Legacy from Crossway (latest printing in China) and the cover has a more rough texture than this one (NKJV Thinline Premier). Hope this helps! Blessings :)
Thomas Nelson every body prefers verse by verse...is frustrating they never get it right
Good day am i able to find a bible that is NKJV, 36-38 GSM, red letter, goat skin, verse by verse, 10-11 font, with some space in the margins
Hi, thank you so much for your comment! I think the closest to what you are asking is the NKJV Center Column Classic Reference Bible in the Premier Collection by Thomas Nelson: ua-cam.com/video/6gHxpDyD1VI/v-deo.html
The space in the margin is not that great though. But if you can wait until March they will be coming out with the NKJV Premier Wide Margin. I recorded a video on what they announced on that one a few months ago: ua-cam.com/video/WFICIBbGfd4/v-deo.html
I hope this helps :)
Will this Bible be available in verse by verse. I have vision issues , and that works best for me.
I really wish that Thomas Nelson would have a premium thinline Bible like this one in verse by verse. To my knowledge they have not announced something like this but if I hear anything I'll let you know 👍 Happy New Year 🤗
You mentioned a problem with the book of Philippians ~ a typo. What exactly is the error? Thank you.
Blessings!
It’s so nice!! Do they have a KJV version?
I don't think there's a KJV like this one... Sorry! Thank you so much for watching and commenting 👍
It's obvious that the cover was not cut straight. The upper left hand corner stands out. For the price these Bibles cost it would definitely be going back. Where is the quality control from the manufacturer?
Hi, thank you so much for watching and commenting! I did notice the uneven cut but it really doesn't bother me. If it did I would definitely return it. Actually, this Bible is now selling for around $100, which seems very reasonable to me. Blessings and Happy New Year 🙏🏽
Sorry, did you say it has the full set of translators notes? I believe it does not.
You are right. I was in darkness but I saw the light, brother 😆 I've edited the video and it should sound accurate in just a couple of hours. Someone else pointed it out as well, but thank you so much for the feedback 🙏🏽

What does LIMITED EDITION MEAN?
My name is Glen Sheen from Cochin Kerala India I am desperately looking for this Bible but can't afford to buy it. Can anyone gift me this Bible please
Hi brother ,
Oops edit ...just noticed you wrote in your brown I was gonna ask if ya wanted another blue for the brown.
I'm really thinking I have too many Bibles at this point 🤔 But these are hard to let go 🤣 I missed you my friend! I hope you are doing well by God's grace! Nice to reconnect! If I had not written in it I would consider the trade just for you 🤗
@@crucified4me I know you would brother I'd do the same for you 😉
