Awwww i thought this was the studio version!!! Dude do yourself a massive favor and listen to that one!!! I've listened to every single one of their albums.. I cannot lie to you when I say this is guaranteed top five for me. All gas no brakes and I can't think of another swan core band that does it this well..
Tilian joining DGD is what got me into them in the first place, Andrew Wells joining the band, made their dynamic so much deeper, harsh irratic vocals, high beautiful vocals, and mid toned soulfull vocals thrown into the mix just added so much to the band.
Listen to Andrew’s main band if you wanna hear his voice more! They’re called Eidola

i was lucky enough to see Eidola with DGD around 2018, also got to see Andrew Wells take over for Tilian on tour about a year ago AND saw them all together (minus Tim RiP) 4 months ago.

Brother, you need to hear the studio version of this song off of the Afterburner album. Please, I'd love to see you do that. There are some things in the studio version that are left out here that boost the song to unbelievable heights.

Bro I keep saying- when Andrew sings it changes the entire song, and imo he’s better 🤯 (I love TP too)
Also- he’s a full member and is featured more on the Jackpot Juicer album.
Definitely not live on that bridge, they play the songs in one take at their studio then sadly process their voices 😒 Compared to the first Tree City Session, this second one was overproduced. Should be raw live versions of the songs, this bridge is a concert they put on the internet since it was during Covid.

Tree City Sessions are live studio sessions- they don’t do all the crazy post production to “clean” it up 🤷🏻♂️
But he is a full time singer now. He's singing on almost every track. This was really the first DGD song he was featured on.
i think "Evaporate" was the first song he sang on but he may be on others before that (on guitar) since he was their guitarist on tour for years before becoming an official member.
