I think it’s more during their primes. Harper is still the best he’s ever going to be and switched to a brand new position. Most other guys that switch positions (I’m saying major switch like 3B to 1B or OF to 1B, not 2B to SS or LF to RF) are on the declining side of their careers. They lost a step and need to switch positions because their career depends on it. Miggy couldn’t stay at 3B any longer than he did and still be worth paying, but switching to 1B was a great option for his declining range and speed.

Good video, I’ve thought Judge should be moved to first, or at least tried there
I stopped watching when you plugged your tiktok.
This mf forgets that every person is different?!??
Absolutely horrible comparison to Acuña. Harper is a gamer and hustles every single play and always takes the extra base, sometimes to a fault. Acuna is lazy and dogs it all the time and it’s cost his team runs in the playoffs multiple times. Theres a reason the Phillies have always beaten the Braves in the playoffs.
We should have designated fielders so the good hitters get hurt less.
Then years later we should rest the best hitters for the playoffs when the games matter more, so we can reduce the chances of them getting hurt.
Then we should sit the best hitters for the entire year including the post season so we can even further reduce the risk of injury.
Imagine how long their careers will be.
Um. Casty was the best Outfielder for the Phillies last year. Don’t look at career stats pal. Bad analysis on that one.
Derek Jeter should've moved
i thought this video was going to be about how putting more athletic guys at 1B is gonna be a game changer instead of just the bigguns who have little range and not… CAN U BELEEVE A GUY IS CHANGING POSITINS?!?! like we’ve never seen it before or something lol
Harper was an elite infielder his whole life so he can play anywhere trouts an outfielder. But judge would be great at first because of his size
Harper fan boy, your knowledge of baseball is lacking. The standard has always been to move players for longevity. Just last year Tatis moved and this year Betts moved and both are in their prime
Lol buddy the Oakland athletics alone have been changing player’s positions for longer than you’ve been alive. On top of the hundreds of other players that weren’t stars that have had this happen 😭 such a stretch of a video great content still but like just not true lmfao
Stop crying. Fielding is part of the gane😂
I think you did a great job Payton
Man seen him run to first for the out.Hair flapping brings memories Kruck John Kruk.
Injuries robbed Griffey of GOAT status
Is it just me or does he sound different
Tiktok sure fries your brain
Washington won a World Series and Bryce Harper has been better than Philly ever realistically hoped he'd be.
i love you bryce
Please take notes Byron Buxton
Tell this to the angels
