When I received mine I initially charged it for 4 hours and got less than 5 minutes of use on a laminate surface. I recharged again for 5 hours and exactly the same, less than 5 minutes use. I didn't have unrealistic expectations but that is ridiculous. I'm hoping Karcher can give me an explanation.
Call them they will send replacement free of charge. I know that. That is weird error. First time about 2 hrs then it usually about 40 min. Then I use about 5 times 5-10 minutes
Halfway through after the two straight sweeps through all that stuff, there was a lot left on the floor. I guess we’re all used to going over spots repeatedly even with a vacuum, but I kinda hoped for it to be more thorough on one pass.
In our home we have lot of long hear on the floor, this is probably only one con's, while hair is rolling one is prevent brush to sweep, so you have to clean often with your fingers or knife, as far is picking up, this is best Germany brush I ever try over all they manufacture in last 30 years. You have to try it. What is left on the couch is because lowered locations where brush cant get in, but if you push slightly, it doing the job. I definitely recommend.
Thank you for your review. This showed me all its weaknesses and now I know it isn't worth 70 bucks. Certainly works for some people but probably not in my home. It looks like it's easy maintenance but it obviously isn't really much better than a regular broom. I will look into other types and models of this or if there's a deal for it, then I might reconsider this sweeper.
I have try all brands in past 20 years. This is strongest electrical German broom without of vacuum options
Hi, I want to use it to collect my cat’s fur on the floor. Is it usable for just that scene? What do you think after using it for 2 years? Thanks
It is collect all the hair and dust, the issues is sometimes is longer hear that my wife loose, but these are can be cut off later from roll.

No we do not. We use until it starts blinking red. We used 3-4 times We have 7 rooms

1 have dead battery, usually cycle is 400 to 500 charges.

Karcher Has Some Good Products i Must Say However Not Every product is Design For Every Were in The World i Won`t Buy This Karcher KB5 for my Home i Rather The Karcher Vaccum
For a Vacuum I have FilterQueen, but this is extremely compact and can do dust sweep anytime your prefer. Thank you for your opinion!
