Defining moment of Lebron's career in my opinion. Taking this team to the Finals is one of his most underrated accomplishments.
I dont think its underrated. Its define his greatness that he take this garbage team to the finals. Stop using the word underrated again. Casuals favorite word
@@lukamagicgod It is underrated. People still question his greatness for some reason.
It was "underrated" because the competition he played in the east wasn't good. This was maybe the best team he played, yet they were a shell of themselves from the previous year getting rid of Ben Wallace and all.

Fking casuals.
LeBron used to be soooo athletic back then
He’s still an incredible athlete today but back then 10-15 years ago this dude was so bouncy and quick.
Lebron takes 2-3 steps back from the 3s point line EVERY POSESSION in the late minutes 💀
n when he goes, HE GOES 💀
Its understandable lol.
Facts !!!
No shit he's in his mid 30's 😂😂
One leg monster when it came to dunking shit was a spectacle to see
As a Pistons Fan I remember this like it was yesterday. I've never seen someone so much in the zone like he was.
One of the great playoff moments in history. The Pistons could have taken the ball out of LeBron’s hands and they allow him to single-handedly beat them. Flip Saunders back then has never lived this down
@Bobby Johnson Nobody ran him out of Cleveland but Cleveland's front office. I'd be pissed if my sidekick would be Gibson and Williams against a literal superteam lol
It was baffling that the Pistons just kept LeBron in single coverage instead of doubling him every time to force someone else to beat them. It was how they won Games 1 and 2 of this series iirc; a combo of that and LeBron being more passive to start the series
Last fight ua-cam.com/video/dpoFCCQYllw/v-deo.html

Wow...Looking back, No current player can dominate the game like Lebron.

Luka does that, ja Morant does that
@@srbrunoav luka and ja cant blow by or shoot like lebron or dominate🤣 you comparing ja to lebron dont even make sense and i like ja. Lebron is 50 times more dominant than him and luka. Lebron was a no brainer top 5 player in year 3 where as luka is debatable. Remember bron was 2nd in mvp voting

One of the only times a championship caliber team was taken out by a single man
This Pistons team was not championship caliber. They were without their 4 time DPOY Ben Wallace. They would not have beaten the Spurs that year. I don't think they would have gotten swept the way LeBron James did tho 🤣
Same with this Cavs squad. Compared to Pistons, Lebron had scrubs in his team.
@@whodat787 that they could not beat spurs means they were not championship caliber?
@@wisdomelue no. That they were without Ben Wallace who was their best defender and one of the biggest parts of them winning that 2004 championship means they were not championship caliber
Happened a few times in nba history actually.
It is amazing to watch this again once you get to 11.7 left in 2OT and think, "Did you guys really just let LeBron get the inbound and left it up to an iso against Billups who would need a miracle pickpocket to succeed?" The moment you see the iso, you can't help but think that it's over.
As a Pistons fan, this was one of the worst days ever. Joe Dumars caused this by not signing Ben Wallace to a max. Instead, we had old man Chris Webber out there barely making it past half court.
I was just asking, "Where the heck is Ben Wallace"? Glad you explained that. No way the Pistons would have lost if they had Ben.
Ben was on a Decline and would of set us back even more if we signed him to a long term deal. He was good for the bulls in the beginning of that max deal and that was it.
Did you see Ben Wallace in Chicago? Joe Dumars made the right decision.
@@twocents4912 i mean they went 7 with ben the year before
Webber had 20 and 7 in this game, he at least contributed to what turned out to be a very close loss

I've watched Jordan in his prime - this is EASILY the greatest clutch performance I have ever watched in NBA history. That Pistons defense was still considered elite. Billups, Tayshaun, Rasheed, Rip...

@Keep her in the playoffs they were 3rd.
@Keep her yes it does. If you're a top five team in the league in the standings, you are elite. Admit you were wrong and move on.
Lebron was so young and explosive …
This is the game that made me a LeBron fan.
When Mavs beat the Suns yesterday this game immediately came in my mind. Even before the game I thought Luka will be Legendary if he manages to beat the suns. Game 5 vs Pistons was LeBron's coming out party and last night was Luka's coming out party. Luka gonna be an all time great.
Luka is a great player but his performance does not compare to this performance. LeBron scored 25 straight to win this game. Luka has a better team surrounding him that plays solid defense. Luka is not the one who held CP3 and Booker to about 21 points combined in game 7.
@@slimjimmy4070 whether Luka has a better team is debatable, but he's definitely in a more stacked conference than Bron was. To get to the finals he needs to get by GS, Denver, the Clips, the Suns, and the Grizz. All with a sub par supporting cast

Billups, prince, Wallace, Webber, Hamilton vs Lebron 🤣
This was IMO his worst jump shot season, if not his rookie year. It's just out of words how he scored the last 25 points at such time.

@0:31. Our last big shot of the game. (I'm a Pistons fan.) And the look on Chauncey's face after he hit it, it's indescribable. It's hard to put into words but I loved it! (Check around 0:38.) The origins of greatness
Back then he had a quick first step his speed and acceleration was out of this world for his size . Reminds me of a taller more stronger and faster Derrick rose. He’s still amazing today but that speed and explosiveness and power he had back them my goodness just not one thing anyone can do about that.

Ron Harper was an assistant coach on the Pistons. This dude has LITERALLY seen it all. He was there in Cleveland for Jordan’s “The Shot”, and 18 years later also witnesses this moment in history.

are you telling me we didn't have HD video in 2007?
This game was wild
109-108 in DOUBLE OT.
Not many points scored for two overtimes. They must of actually played defense back then. 40+ point playoff games don’t seem as big of a deal in todays NBA but it’s because of how common they’ve become now that the league is tailored for the offense to succeed.
Damn young LBJ looks fast af😂😂
