Have you tried using Express cycle with Extra dry option.... I don't think they can be used together
Yes I have tried and its available in LG Dishwasher model DFB424FP, which I have.
What option to select for regular basis normal utensils
Use Express cycle for shorter duration and Eco for longer duration.
Eco use only half unit of electricity. As such you pay only 3.5 rupee for the cycle. As it has long duration, the level of cleanliness is very good.

I've heard that after power off it doesn't automatically start from where it stopped. Apparently it restarts from the beginning
you are right. It doesn't start from where it stoped. LG dishwasher are not reliable and support is very bad

@@rameezm4580 I've enquired & there is a logic behind it. Like the washing machine the entire cycle is broken down into 3 processes...wash, rinse & dry. Apparently if the power off happens, it starts from the beginning of whichever process it stopped in between. So if power goes off while rinse it will start not from the cycle beginning, but only from the start of the rinse process. Hope this helps
@@mayak2676 I got LG washing machines front load and top load, they are reliable and never got any issues. With that experience i purchased Dishwasher two numbers , one for me and one for MIL both had different problems multiple times within 6month. LG technicians dont have basic knowledge about dishwasher. Even for small(touch pannnel) issue fixing they will take the dishwasher to service center and after that technician will not receive the call. Washing quality on LG dishwasher is good and i have never used other brand dishwashers but reliability and support is very bad.

There are many factors to look for while purchasing dishwasher.
Price - IFB are cheaper compare to LG as a Brand.
Places - IFB has 12,14 & 15 Places, where LG has 12 & 14
It all depends on your Budget also.
Result wise, LG Dishwasher is up to the mark as per my experience. I am happy that it met my expectations. The one which I have, cost me 54k 5 months back and the price has shoot up to 62k-64k recently, whereas IFB 15 Places is available at 47k.
I will be soon coming up with a comparative study of these two brands which might help you and many my viewers deciding on Dishwasher.

.mam maine LG ka dfb424fp dishwasher abhi abhi kharida hai. Muze aap se ye puchna hai ki after wash machine me bhot pani reha jata hai puri taraha dry nhi sukhta ha demowal kaheta hai ki utna gila rahega kya ye sach hai? Mane exta dry ka oparetion rakhne ke baad bhi pls reply kare.
I have never experienced that...please launch a complaint in service centre. Even without extra dry option, the utensils are almost dry.
After power off will it start over or resume?
The dishwasher which I am using has the feature where cycle resumes from the time of power cut off
It will start over and i am using the same DFB424FP model and its not reliable. Support also bad

I will not recommend anybody to buy LG dishwasher. In long run, LG is a failed dishwasher, as it does not resume cycle after a power cut. It's water heater is also suspect. After 14 months of erratic performance, I have initiated refund process for a dishwasher which does not resume cycle and which has a failed water heater.
Are facing any problem sir with the dishwasher.I want to buy lg dishwasher .I used Ifb dishwasher for ten years. I faced so many problems with Ifb. Please explain.thanks
@@brijbalamann2852 LG Dishwasher does not resume cycle after power cut. Ther are issues of failing heater elements also.

Please share demo & review of the quick/express cycle & an average cycle of 1.5hrs. Also share best detergent/tablet to be used
Hello Maya, I will be posting a video on Express cycle in coming weeks. So Turbo cycle without Efficiency and Performance combination has an average time of 1.5 hours, other wise most of the cycles takes 2.5 hours on an average.
Regarding Dishwasher Tablet currently I am using Indian Brand "ArNiGo - WonderWash"

This is just my opinion.... I feel LG is ripping off their customers with their brand name and extra fancy buttons....which does the same functions as other dishwashers. The only feature I find which makes it different from other is WiFi 🤔
