Love you jimmy caan. R.I.P. great actor , from the godfather, the gambler, rollerball, thief and misery, jimmy you nailed it. I absaloutly love Thief done with michael mann, good cast and has an edge to it. The godfather is number 2 for me, real interesting interview and it was nice to see jimmy trying to answer the questions. He's lived life to the full james caan and i would say he would be awesome to spend a night out with. Your missed jimmy.
Haha! The look on Caan's face after each of his answers when he expect a followup question on the same subject but instead get uncomfortable silence and a complete change of subject:)
Jimmy Caan is actually funny...haven't seen many of his movies but he's great in the ones I have seen. He so great in Misery...great film. Sure I read that Caan has black belt in karate. Funny guy and great actor
Jimmy is one of the funniest people on the earth, an old dog can learn new tricks and a young dog can learn old tricks, you can see in his expression he just made it up and looks to see if the interviewer swallowed it
James Caan is the man. He's a good recent actor but his movies from the 70's are amazing. Rabbit Run, Slither, Freebie and the Bean, and The Gambler. Which by the way is soon to be ruined by boring actor Mark Wahlberg in a remake.... James Caan is a Great Great underrated actor.
the Gambler .yes! too bad Kenny Rogers had to make a film of the same name. also, the KILLER ELITE .and ROLLERBALL was good science fiction. it's too bad Joel Grey beat him out of an Oscar for the GODFATHER.I clearly remember the show being on our TV, when I was 16 or so, and a neighbor who was Italian American, like us, called JG something rhyming w/ 'bag''.he was pretty upset .we never actually knew what he did for a living after his boxing career ended. I never asked .
Had to comment solely for James Caan's response (3:05) about "bastard people" in Waiting for Guffman. Here's the scene in particular, because it's a masterpiece: ua-cam.com/video/tmjg6bmpKBw/v-deo.html
Caan deserves the Jean Hersholt Humanitarian Award of the century for not knocking this douchebag out. You can tell he's made the decision to play along whilst at the same time deciding to ring his agent and rip him a new one for getting him involved in this fiasco. This isn't ironic, its not hipster, its not funny, its not interesting. Its like watching paint dry, and it isn't James Caan's fault. You have a fantastic opportunity to interview an actor who's worked with everyone from Howard Hawks to Lars Von Trier and you decide to ask him whats in his fridge.
+Steve Saragossi Whoah! Couldn't have said it better myself. People think of Caan as a funny guy (yes he has a great sense of humor) but I find him to be a very deep-thinking, intelligent person. It's just that we don't have any interviewers/talk show hosts left of any caliber who can ask questions worthy to be asked of a legend like him. This man can share so much only if we have intelligent people interviewing him.
I love FOREVER JAMES CANN ❤️❤️❤️❤️🙏

Mr. James Caan is so funny!
James Caan is the greatest!! Thank God he is talkative.
Love the questions!
I always Loved him more than all the others. he's my favourite next to l Pacino,
yeah you wouldn't think it was the same guy from "thief"... was he like this when he was younger or just got more eccentric and chatty as he aged?
I love James Caan

Love you Jimmy Caan. You're the best actor ever!

Good actor in everything he's done.
I am almost finished watching the drama Las Vegas and James Caan was excellent on the show.
Unbelievable patience. Jimmy Caan 👏👏👏 I will not be able to stand such interviewer.
I agree. The interviewer is not exactly Charlie Rose. A great actor being peppered with tedious questions.
That’s his gimmick. Ironic humor. smh….
Jimmy is one of the funniest people on the earth, an old dog can learn new tricks and a young dog can learn old tricks, you can see in his expression he just made it up and looks to see if the interviewer swallowed it
''But you're not interested so go on'' hahahahahahaha...these videos are truly entertaining.
A Class Act! Love James! Muah!!! xxxxxxx

'Good recent actor'?
JC is great in this.He should be in more comedies
Funniest thing I've seen all day - I'm surprised he made it 12 minutes!
how does he get these people to do interviews?!!
this was the best of the series.
LOVE this interview!!!:)))

Brilliant!
Interesting answers
"I've kept it all local, thanks." Hilarious.
I cackled at "non-jewish" activities. God bless you, James Caan. I miss these interviews
Andy Kaufman would have appreciated this show.
HAHAHA ''very good then'', laughing my ass off, maybe cause it's so late right now, but the way he mocked him was funny as hell, because it's so true.
James would do a great new Don Corleone movie
Hilarious Jimmy
Thank you for being here?
Isn't it James house where this is at.
1 ofda best! Sonny Rules!

I'm surprised Jimmy didn't smack the shit outta this guy.
The best interviews ever
Actually, call me crazy but this interview it’s funny !
Lol sheep. The entire thing. Laughed so loud in a cafe
I love this show, I LMAO .. the host good, just let's people talk instead of slobbering all over them
This is so bizarre
Have you ever been Caaned?
Robot Boy must think he’s a clever interviewer.
I dont think James was happy with this interview or the interviewer..haha those side eye looks he does..haha
"Engaging in non Jewish activities" LOL
i marvel at the ability of this interviewer to make an interview with someone as awesome as jimmy caan so incredibly boring.
I myself was wondering, what? why? Well, maybe it's just Jimmy helping out some Jewish people. I think Jimmy is Jewish. I think.
Jeez... the interviewer could put anyone to sleep. Terrible.
I could ask God to feed the world, stop war, help children etc etc.
😐
