Well, you have some operators that are spinning their wheels too much good way to tear out the differentials

Hit the diff lock for just a few seconds when pulling out( stay straight, don't steer) and wait a couple more seconds after disengaging diff lock before steering to make sure it has disengaged. No wheel slip. Dozer must keep the scraper rear wheels on the deck( no floating) for efficient loading.

Dozer picks up the stinger off the ground. He wouldnt know how to pick up scrapers if he had to. Ames would un ass him right to the parking lot believe that

Scapers stopped in the cut. Always pick scrapers up on the run. This is a typical utah dirt spread. Obviously the boss doesnt know shit either. Send them all to ames const for 6 mths. If they last they will learn alot. 2 check the boss. He's all done
