Additionally, the monotone voice makes it harder to stay engaged throughout the video. Slowing down the pace a bit and incorporating more vocal variation could greatly enhance the viewing experience. The thing is, we decided to combine a couple of related points (5th and 9th heuristics) to keep things brief and save some time. The two heuristics we grouped together are about errors. Number five is all about stopping errors before they happen, while number nine focuses on helping users figure out and fix mistakes if they do end up making them. Hope that clears things up!
