The few people from Singapore that I knew spoke English with what was sounded like a Cantonese (or Malay?) accent, so I always thought that the dominant influence was Cantonese with Mandarin and English being secondary/tertiary. Apart from English, which language is most commonly spoken there? What percentage would you say speak Mandarin at home?
Sindarin are widely used and commonly spoken by Singaporean , PR and Work Pass Holder. Sindarin is a blend of Singapore Mandarin and Malaysia Mandarin with Hokkien, Cantonese and Malay accents. Rojak, Unique and easy to understand.

I am Singaporean born, but my mom is Taiwanese. Feels like this entire video is my childhood in school and at home learning mandarin HAHA
Haha. I hope it's not too much pressure learning Mandarin in Singapore like the movie 小孩不笨 :p
。。。但是你仍然讲中文吗?或者你已经忘记怎么说?

This is super interesting! I can't wait to go and hear Singlish for myself and hear the differences in their version of Mandarin.
This was really interesting, it would be cool to hear more about the differences between Taiwanese and Singaporean cultures

“straw” 可以翻译成“吸管”或者“干草”. 新加坡人可能拿了第二个定义来做“水草”这个词
啊 有可能喔 謝謝你的解析
应该说水草是从芦苇管演变而来
I love Taiwanese Mandarin more, they are so sweet 💗
😊謝謝!
In the future could you do a video on phrases for job interviews and the questions you are normally asked?
Thanks for the suggestion.
