A Fish with Green “Hair”

When I first spotted this fish, I thought it was a dog paddling in the water, and then I thought it was some kind of sea mammal. As it got closer, I was shocked to discover it was a mullet (ボラ) covered in green-yellow marine algae. I'm guessing this elderly fish was hibernating or too tired to move and algae settled into its deteriorating skin.
