    Which sentence is fun to say three times quickly? "Hot Smoking Pork Hocks" or I take cured pork hocks and hot smoke them in my brick smokehouse"? Both are fun and challenging. Also, thank you for an informative and relaxing video.

    How long did you brine it for?

      I let them cure for three weeks, which was enough for them to be fully cured. Thanks for watching! 😁
