It's such an early start for you and it's even harder in the winter. Is it a canteen lunch you have at work? Your supermarkets wrap things so differently from here in Scotland, lots of our fruits/veg are not wrapped at all. How good that little board is across your sink, very clever idea. The saying does "eat breakfast like a King, Lunch like a prince and Dinner like a pauper" because after dinner we just sit around and if we eat our biggest meal at night, it turns into fat and if we go to bed right afterwards our stomach is so busy digesting the meal, we don't sleep properly. Also most heart attacks happen around dinner time 5PM. Sometimes I just eat leftovers for breakfast because I don't want to cook something big and do dishes afterwards.

Most heart attacks and cardiac deaths occur in the mornings. I did my small research since I have Left Ventricular tickening. That is what i know.

Same here in America usually..cereals, croissants, bagels, eggs, bacon, ham, or sausage, toast,etc… any of these, but not lunch or dinner meats 😊😊😊
Same in Sweden. We eat yoghurt, granola, cereal, bread and toast with butter/cheese/ham, egg, coffee, tea…
