I’ve been waking up in the middle of the night every night for awhile. I use that time to listen to a good word and I begin to reflect on my life, where it is currently, my peace and what’s around me.
I wake up in the middle of the night, too. Listening to Pastor Blakes on UA-cam autoplay calms me and soothes me to sleep.
I am an African Muslim woman from Sudan , few month ago a massive war started in my country that make me and my kids to move to Egypt.we left our house ,neighbors ,memories and everything

My mantra from August 2023 has been "I'm not going to let ANYONE steal my Joy!" I have a "lightness" in how I take things in, I show up differently, see/deal with things differently and know that I definitely feel different. I've been going to the beach as often as I can to keep my Zen (as I tell folks 🙂). I love being near the water so I sit on the beach, take tons of pictures of beautiful sunsets, and "exhale". Don't know if I've ever had this level of Joy, but I'm going to do ALL I can to keep it!! Thank you for the confirmation Pastor! Praise Him, Amen!!
