Most of the time, the OEM halogen light is not enough for visibility during the nighttime. In this video is a 2021 Tata Tiago, which, from the factory, comes with a stock halogen reflector setup. Interestingly, Tata also makes the Tigor, a compact-sedan version of the Tiago, and it comes with a hybrid Projector-Reflector headlamp setup. We will be replacing the stock Halogen-Reflector setup of the Tiago with that of the Projector LED Lights of the Tigor; while also upgrading the electricals with the following.
• The OSRAM 25W H11 LED with an excellent 6000K white colour for the low beam projector.
• The OSRAM 55W H7 Night Breaker “Laser” Halogen for the high beam.
• And for the fog lights, we will be using the Philips 35W H8 Diamond Vision.
• Switching to 10W OSRAM Parking LEDs for parking lights and leaving the turn signals as it is.

Can I get it fitted on my BS4 2018 Tata Tiago XZ? If yes, then how should I approach GoMechanic for this?
In 2018 model Tiago, there are 2 known issues when retrofitting Tigor HL. One, the high + low beam to work together, which I think is what the relay will fix. Second, the beam adjustment motor doesn't work in retrofit without some jugaad. Will the relay solve this problem too? Asking because in the video, its facelift Tiago while 2018 model was pre-facelift and some components might be different.
Everything will work as expected. This is a plug and play setup.

No it doesn't void the warranty as there is no wire splicing and its a plug and play system.

Very relevant video. As the car speeds up, the vision field becomes narrow and hence more and long range light beam is required for fast response to any adverse road conditions in the dark. I am going for it and suggest others to consider the benefits and safety.

@@soumava.j I tried fitting drl in 2020 bs6 Tiago but when they opened the bumper and went to connect there was only one coupler for Fog lamp.
New Tiago after 2021 have 2 couplers one for drl and one for fog lamp so full wiring harness has to be changed which is connected all together. So we can't install drl.
How much it costs for this headlight setup change??
Also please let me know if it's possible to fit parking sensors in tata tiago top model which connects directly to the infotainment system.

Also, the spares app doesn’t work correctly (using ios version). Filters are resetting, images are incorrect, selection changes automatically and not able to find any proper headlamp assembly.
Half of the features are missing in IOS version of the app. It very unjust.

Yes you can but, using LEDs with a reflector setup won't really give you a good output and will cause glaring issues with oncoming cars.
