The beauty of this is that both milk and vanilla icecream go with everything. Here is my way to make a lower calorie version. 250ml of frozen whole milk(i use cubes), then put it in a blender and cover the frozen milk with more milk from the fridge. Then put 1-2 scoops of Quest Vanilla protein powder and add 1-2 spooks of peanut butter based on how you like it. You get a high protein milkshake with medium amount of calories, its still tasty as hell and the frozen milk makes it nice and thick without using icecream
