I could listen to these guys sing and scream together for the rest of my life. Of all the bands I discovered in 2019, this band has been the most incredible and just epic bands. Let the ocean take me is one of my favorite albums I've ever listened to. I love this band.

They are a great duo. The entire band flows amazing. I feel like anything they out out is great, whether it be their formula, or the weird stuff from Misery. I'm hyped for this new album because both singles are different. Amity always will be catchy. No denying that.

U.P.D. And my personal suggestion: Mercy. The best song of 2019 for me (with Popular Monster, ofc). Their entire album is worth listening to. Maybe not for reaction (which I'd like to see as their fan), but for yourself.

For me it completely hit the mark! I love it more than the whole “misery” album
lets be honest. misery was a flop. every song so far from this album takes me back to youngbloods which if it is even close its going to be an epic
This was the first Amity song I heard. I loved it
I can respect the style changes. I also like a broader range of music styles. I don’t just stick to metal core.
One thing people fail to realize is that the older the band gets, the more mature their sound is gonna get. The less screaming there is gonna be. Some bands stay true to their original sound, but they also get pretty boring. Just my opinion, I enjoy metal core but I don’t mind a change up in sound like what Atreyu had done with their latest album!

I’m a little confused 😭 when I was a teenager the band Secrets had a clean lead singer (with a screamer) and their songs were more emo. I wasn’t aware they changed styles
Serena Ally it’s only recently that they changed styles. Their last album, self-titled Secrets, is in more of their old style. Their new single is heavy and they’ve teased that the second one will be just as heavy.

This song feels it’s the bridge of the next album where is All My Friends is Dead feels like it’s the song to hook you in. I don’t know I feel this album is Like “Chasing Ghosts” just more mature version of it.

I've heard the album at their Australian shows meet and greet. The album is a mix between TCBHB and Misery (very catchy singalongs) with 3 HEAVY bangers (a new heavy that amity has never reached). There is also one slow song (similar to all fucked up). Probably their best album since LTOTM

The “Rock” before the breakdown is probably one of the worst calls I’ve heard before a breakdown. Idk what they were thinking
It immediately made me think of 'Tribute' by Tenacious D.
Of all the pre-breakdown lyrics this was...the worst.
It honestly was too weird for me. Took all my enjoyment out of the breakdown.
It didn’t throw me off too much. Definitely on the weirder side, but in a way it was kind of refreshing to not hear a “BLEGH!” or a “GO!” for once lol
I didn’t hear the “rock” until people started calling that out! I don’t see how it’s so off putting for some people. This song did not hit the mark for me overall though so I wasn’t keen to actively listen and criticize one specific part. It was good but I’m not obsessed like I was with the pre Misery (2018) era.

TAA has been my favorite since 2010. They branched out their last album in sound but I feel like this album (at least the first 2 singles) are taking me back to Let The Ocean take Me & Chasing Ghosts album. Extremely stoked for this album. USA needs to embrace these guys more. Never disappoints

the band have stated they recently fell back in love with heavier music and the new album is a balance between older stuff with newer stuff.

This is more of a radio friendly song it has the catchy hook a little bit of a breakdown and lyrics that you can just sing and have fun with

Every Amity album is amazing to me. I been a huge fan since 2010 amity is my favorite band, I've seen them twice this year (2022) and met the band very nice guys. Favorite album is This could be heartbreak (I know not everyone loves that album) Second is definitely Everyone loves you once you leave them.
