Tbf Oli is an arrogant prick. Some girl dragged my ass to see them in a small venue in Yeovil before they were big and I nearly ended up punching him because of him just not giving a shit about the people in the crowd after getting down, knocking people around and pushing where he wanted to go, people's pints getting knock and spilled out of there hand, and he just loved himself so fucking much.
I'm sure he's different now, but holy shit I wanted to punch that guy.

I'm so thankful that I went into my teenage years in the mid 2000's just before smartphones and social media hit. Because this type of horrible cringe is definitely something I would've done back then.

Tbh I think its the atyention seeking aspect thats a problem. People can be weird/immature/whatever, but the way people broadcast these things harms them in various ways and the whole draw is the hits of attention.

7:13 not gonna lie, Scene Queen does slap. I wasn't too sold on her then I saw her play at Reading Fest this year and honestly it was one of the best sets of the weekend. Plus she joined As It Is on stage during their set at Leeds Fest the next day. She's damn cool man and giving a voice in metal for "girly girls" hell yeah the more the merrier
what on earth is metal about her? I've never said this in my life, but her using the word "metal" to promote her music is literally just a cynical marketing plan.
Listen to Ithaca, Svalbard, Sharptooth, Year Of The Knife, Scowl... Female fronted bands are doing amazing things right now and it's actual music.

Yes those bands are all killer but then so is SQ, just because you don't like it doesn't mean you have to try and take away the legitimacy of her art and believe me all music is art no matter your opinion on it. If you don't enjoy it just say that and leave it there. But it is still metal

6:30 - so I actually know “Etienne Sin” (Etienne Singoktoki) in real life and holy hell…dude is just as cringe as his online persona.
His parents are filthy rich so he has every possible piece of audio and video recording equipment known to man. Kids house had a full blown studio. But his ego is the size of planet earth so he never puts his parents money into actually learning how to do anything properly. I remember him paying multiple online websites to “review” his stupid Etienne Sin album.

My band opened up for Trapt in like 2015/16 in Jackson, TN. The singer was so toasted he didn't know how to get out of the venue after being a huge dick to everyone. The rest of the band was actually chill as fuck. That's my only image of that band.
