Thanks for all the support with this project guys, since the day we blight it and made the first video to now this has been a lot of fun to modify and transform
Just picked up an evo10 in the u.s for a very similar price a black gsr with 52k miles. Engine is running great. The issue with mine is wheel arch damage. Previous owner got it pit maneuvered while running from cops and traded it in for a Tacoma. Got it for 17.4k and in the middle of fixing the damage. New door, getting the wheel arch pulled and fixing the quarter panel.
@@JacksonStrain yea sourcing a door atm to put on there once I get the wheel arch pulled. $300 for a color matched door isnt too bad. lol Looks like between 1,500-2000 usd to get it squared away lol. Not too bad imo
I remember seeing this in real life for the first time at AK, that colour is so nice. It just not a normal red. I'd call it Magma! "Tis a beautiful car.
Love the look of the car but as a untouched evo x mr TMR 270kw I don't know how people think when you modified a car that it doesn't increase value as mine I bought about 2 years ago was 37k with 63 000 km is now valued at 60k by shannons but I see highly modified evos trying to sell for about the same price.
Thanks, mods definitely can increase the value but obviously only quality parts will fall under that. This car for example has only quality parts and is well tuned and maintained so would be easy to sell for good money, but in saying that we can easily swap the majority of interior and cosmetic parts back to stock and sell those and then sell the car as FBO 300 ish kw X MR. Either way we find it fun to modify a car to our tastes and enjoy driving something unique
I think it was around 3 or 4k aud and we just got another one from a wrecked Evo so all the parts could swap straight over and even use the same tun me but with just a small touch up by the tuner
Oh trust me we got lucky this would be advertised for around 50k+ these days in the current market. It's just that we bought when the market was at its lowest when the seller was desperate to sell
@@JacksonStrain Oh ok...the thing here is there are only less than 18 Evo 10 cars in my country..So thats probably why its so expensive here.. BTW iam curious to know..does the Lancer to Evo conversion culture exist in Australia too?
