A LONG TIME AGO I MADE A A TEAR, I MADE A WIRE FRAME AND FINE TISSUES, PAINT IT A No OF TIME TILL YOU GET THE AFFECT YOU WANT,
You lift me up It is something to have people watching & listening to your world of scale modeling. We in turn want to surround ourselves with the ambiance of the hobby which is getting down right hard. Tasking, very tasking. Cool truck. Love to see details about it. I would never go this way, but, it's fun to see. Splendid knowledge shared also.
Nigel , love the work your doing . Little info on the mtvr the engine is a cat 6 cyl c12 diesel turbo also try using course threaded bolt or screw to make the springs it works for me . 👍
Great unboxing and review
Thank you
@@NigelsModellingBench you are so welcome Nigel
That independent wheel suspension with double wishbones looks great. Adds a lot off comfort to the ride
Hi Nigel! New subscriber here. Love the channel! I sent an email to request the resin parts for the Airfix 1:24 Hellcat but the email was kicked back saying the email address didn’t exist (yes, I triple checked that I had the address right 🙂). I’d really love to purchase two sets of all the resin parts. How do I proceed?
Hi Nigel, Trumpeter not including engines, and why is the box art not what you get in the box. Just look at the latest Zvezda truck kits, boy talk about detail and full engines in all the new trucks both 3 and also 4 axles Russian trucks. Both these kits build up lovely, no extra parts required. My only comment on Zvezda kits is the lack of even a small sheet of photo etch, grills being the main omission.
Yeah Dave, agree 100%. Did you watch my December/Jan update? I am building the Mustang from Zvezda at present, it's the best 1/35 kit out there in my opinion, other than, as you say, no PE and the clear parts are awful.
6.1K!.
Good innit!!
I remember waiting for the 2k mark.A MILLION views,a part of the worlds catalogue of information. You can't imagine how far into future this content will be available,or who or what ends up watching. Will send Pics of the Steelgolem \35 88mm Flak 18.I have the little \72 Polish TKS light tank by them en route as well.3 PE frets, nickel silver fret of tracks and some steel rods and gromity bits.I've been going to buy it for ages, went for it in the end.Just too curious. And £16 is just cheap enough to take a gamble.
@@darronhedges5873 I remember this time last year putting a message up on ISM Friday live show saying I just need a few more subs to reach the magic 1000!! On 22nd Jan 2019 I had 954 subs.
I am looking forward to seeing your pics Darron.
Will take a couple of days, not used camera on new iphone yet.Can you believe they put a serial number on the front lifting hoops on the firefly? But then Dragon did put a number on thier Panzer II tracks for thier marders.Pointless it was so small.Did you ever take a look at the Pickaxe handle on the Riich carrier kit?Thats sculpting to the perfect level.Soon D.
I think the phrase you are looking for to describe Russian trucks is "rustic or agricultural". American equipment has vastly improved thanks to having to meet NATO requirements. It was rather primitive and designed to be built cheaply in vast numbers but has got more hi-tech.
Vastly improved? Lol. If there is one thing the US military does is get good equipment, especially in the truck/transport range. Look at his many different US trucks are in different armies, especially NATO. Back when NATO first started, it literally was a lot of American trucks being used. I think in general, the west always (since NATO inception) reliable, good quality vehicles.
