I'm so glad I found this channel. Living off-grid, I have to download your episodes, so I never see your live events live. But I have enjoyed watching everything you guys have produced. I have a few hours on a torch, with a great teacher and cannot wait to get my own studio started. If all goes as planned, I will enroll in the Revereglass ~ Online school, before the end of 2021. Thank you all so much for the great information! I find your channel to be entertaining and educational. Thanks again so much for all your hard work and for sharing your craft with us.
I’ve only been blowing Glass for a month and have already met with a catastrophic failure when the pipe I was making and spend so much time making the blank fumed wrapped raked And it fell off the blow tube and went crash but all is not lost I took the broken pieces and made pendants and marbles out of them , I also have a V blade that is homemade from a lid of an air conditioner and I cut a v in it And mounted it to a board, but it works, great video thanks Mike
Thank you so much for everything you do and having him out Dustin!! Clearly great for him and great for us in the community!! Now let’s get a terp screw!!! 😜😜
Thank you for another amazing video just got my torch tools and glass a few days ago and practicing some small work currently and just getting comfortable cant wait till thursday when my kiln will be in
The terp screws are cool but that v-blade would be a game changer for my glass blowing. Right now I'm using and old cement mason tool but it's not upright. I'm fairly new to glassblowing bit have been watching you for years. Love all the knowledge you share.
Have either of you seen how Yunk Glass gets his straight lines for his logo? I was wondering if that might make straight lines easier. Thanks for all the great content!
I am an older dude and was wondering if it would be worth it to start my hand in this art…. It seems so relaxing and enjoyable…: just wondering your thoughts on my trying it being older in age?

If you think these videos on UA-cam are good your gonna lose your mind when you join the online school!
This channel has been an absolute blessing for me and has helped me learn so much!
This reminds of of those mosaic paintings where one side looks so wonky but when you flip it the other side is perfect. What an awesome technique !
I have learned so much from these videos. I have watched every video several times and I am always learning new things.
Makes me want to go try a flip, I watch your videos in my studio basically have taught me how to melt over the past year 🙏
Big thanks for the video as always! Loved the workshop! Can’t wait for the next one!
Takoda was so much fun to watch! Super excited for my Sherlock to arrive

Interesting that drawing on a flat sheet of boro was mentioned. I would love to see the sock method also...where the tube is turned inside out.
Great point!
