- 7 drill exercises to improve your handstand, when working on handstand you need ti be aware of different skills such as balance, strength, flexibility, endurance, etc.
These exercises will help you improve all of those, so be patient and work them as much as u can so you can master every drill.
Note: Every drill I do is based in Capoeira movement, my experience has shown me that Capoeira is the most complete movement art.
Remember is not Ido Portal is the truth movement art of Capoeira.

What tips do you have for someone who can only do single leg raise ups on one side? I can hold the handstand for a few seconds but only if I flip into it left leg up first. No matter how hard I try I don't seem able to do it right leg first. Thanks to your videos my goal is to be able to push myself up into a handstand without kicking up. Thank you!

When trying first exercise my upper body is not sraight(when kickin up my back is curved).How can i fix this?Do i need more strenght?
+Giovanni Ciancaglini more practice and be aware of your head, sometimes losing track of the head position causes to lose the back
