Gabi I just love your content and enjoy that you take us step by step I'm almost 60 and makeup has changed a lot over the years so I love that you give us more mature women tricks on how to have our makeup look more natural. Thank you for that.❤
I struggle with aging skin. I'm 67, and it's starting to really show. I'd love to try these products. I need help. Thank you for this and all of your videos. You've been extremely helpful in helping with makeup and skincare for us mature ladies. ❤
Honestly I enjoy a mix of both your videos…some days I like to sit on the couch and relax with you and your videos. Other days I don’t have a lot of time, but still want to learn, so your short videos are just what I need.🤷🏼♀️
I am 58 and haven’t worn makeup more than probably three times in the past 25 years. When I did use makeup there was nowhere near as many choices as there are today, so it’s nice to see these beginner videos. Also, in my makeup days my complexion was so oily, and now it’s more normal. That’s another reason to watch these.
Hi Gabi. I'm a real newbee when it comes to makep. I'm self teaching through your wonderful UA-cam videos. I'm 67 and I struggle with fine lines and dryer skin. I have inherited my Dads (Nose). Big and not sure how to soften that and as well hooded eyes. Thank you for your humble attitude on your videos. I actually avoid make up counters as I am too selfconscious. So I really appreciate your gentle mannered approach.❤
At 73 I love, love the deeper explanation of makeup application! When I started wearing makeup years ago, we never wore sun protection, not really even foundation, it was basically eye and lips…we know so much more about skin care and protection, products are healthier for the skin and thanks to you I want to learn! You are gentle with your explanations and really appreciate that…thank you Gabi! ❤
Hi I'm Jessica 42. I have dry/normal skin. I have been diagnosed with an autoimmune disease and I've noticed that my skin is dull lately. I love your content! I've just recently found you on UA-cam. I find your content is very helpful because you explain techniques and suggest products. So keep it up girl. Oh and BTW you are absolutely gorgeous! Very relatable! ❤
I'm having more trouble with applying foundations and products that are best for my 70 year s young face. I love the more relaxed videos the best.Thank you Gabi !
I’m struggling with combination skin and finding the right foundation for my fair skin. I’m also interested in learning how to do makeup for hooded eyes. I’m so self conscious about them. There are not many videos that teach this. Love your videos! I love the old school style videos that go slower and open up more conversation 😊
Gabi, I have never watched one of your videos where I didn't learn something new, and your videos are always extremely helpful along with the product tips you give us. I have dry mature skin, and with maturity comes a lot of skin changes. I like both of your styles, so you do you boo and I know for sure I'll be watching right along with the rest of your fans.❤❤❤
What a complete tutorial on foundations. ❤ this one. Hit all the markers regarding questions I had on brushes/ foundations. Your a pleathera of knowledge Gabi and we appreciate you sharing it! ❤
The way that you thoroughly explain things so that even a novice can "get it" is amazing! My daughter is just exploring makeup and I find myself sharing your content with HER! While i'm not a novice, I still find myself learning something new in every video! Love your personality that shines thru. Thank you for all the time you dedicate to your craft!
Have fun on your colab trip! I look forward to the content. I followed Justin’s long hair cut tutorial and got perfect results! Love Angie for age related content, and the kitten paw concealer brush is perfection. Allie Glines is a go-to for cool toned recs.
I love that you break everything down to make it easier for people like me. I gave up on makeup for years. Coming back to so many products felt overwhelming. You're taking the confusion out of the process. Thanks!
I am 57 years old, I am from ROMANIA,Europe and didn't have access to the internet until about 5 years ago...poverty ♀️ 🤷.I don't know English very well, but I understand enough. Thanks for the tips🙏! We, the most "mature" ones, have time to watch LONG videos, so 👍.
My greatest challenge is understanding when to use sunscreen in this process especially for mature skin. Loved your video - it clarified so much for me. Thx
It can be very complicated for sure. I need to make more simplistic videos to help beginners. Have you watched this one yet? ua-cam.com/video/eDv6rx1usyE/v-deo.html
I'm 37 and struggling to find step by step guides for my age group as well! I've been doing my makeup wrong my entire life thus far so these videos are very helpful!
I like this conversation style. It allows me to integrate what you're teaching and to pause and take notes. Life moves too fast as it is! We all need to slow it down.
I’ma 51 year old that struggles with break outs on chin and nose. I also get flakey skin in those areas. I also have super dry under eyes and I use eye cream all the time. Btw I absolutely love all of your videos. You are a breath of fresh air in this highly polluted world.
Love the long format. I struggle with creasing around the eye and mouth. Your tips today should really help. I do great skincare prep, so I think I need to look at trying different tools. Thanks again Gabi.
Love, Love Love your videos! What I am dealing with now is dry skin. I am 65 and have been taking Ozempic for a year. I have met my A1C goal! Lately I have noticed when I smile my skin appears dry and tight. And I smile alll the time. So I am gonna try your moisturizers! Thanks!
I struggle with combination skin and because of that I get overwhelmed when figuring out which products to buy and I tend to give up. I spent the first 25 years of my life at the beach or tanning without sunscreen!! I've been working on my skincare for the past couple years and now that I'm coming up on 31, I'd really like to start diving into makeup and I know skin prep is the first important step! Watching this video has helped so much ❤
I prefer this style of videos. Thank you so much for this informational video. I’m 41 and have been playing with makeup since I was 5 or 6. I just recently started wearing foundation in my late 30’s because my skin began to become a lot more uneven in tone and texture after aging and 3 kids. I never wore foundation because I found they all looked so fake and noticeable on me. I love the elf camo concealer and foundations, and bought your dupe for the Estée Lauder double wear. I also tried a L’Oréal foundation that comes with a dropper application and mix the 2 together. I add a hint of the elf luminous foundation and all together love the finish on my oily skin. I was lucky to find the Estée Lauder double wear at tj maxx for only 20.00 so I bought 3. I now love that foundation too. I bought the brow products you recommended in your last video and my eyebrows look so good like I got them micro bladed!
Love the Slower content version Gabi❤ Thank you for taking the time to explain things in depth. I’m 59 and I struggle with those pesky under eye lines and finding just the right concealer. I have a daily skin routine for my normal skin and add extra hydration to those under eyes, but they still look horrible. Appreciate all your suggestions ❤
I really enjoy the slower, in depth version of your videos. Even if they need to be done in 2 or more parts. I find all your information very helpful. The skin around my entire eye area, and forehead wrinkles. I do not look like my profile picture anymore. Someone else stares back at me from the mirror. I am working hard with what I have to help lesson them, and stick to a morning and evening routine. Thank you for your guidance Gabi. Thank You from Alberta.
I really enjoy your tutorial videos. I wouldn’t say I struggle with anything rather than I’ve aged and I have to be more mindful of staying hydrated. I have deep lines around my mouth and between my eyes and fine lines under my eyes. I have to use products that won’t settle easily into those areas and press with a beauty blender. I have age spots to conceal as well. I have large pores on my nose due to sun damage. Thank you for keeping us informed on great affordable products.
Hi, I loved this video, slower and more in depth. I’m 55 and used wear more make up when I was much, but it’s changed so much in the last 20 years that I’m struggling with the techniques and the right colors. One if my biggest struggles is for dark under eyes, I can’t seem to find the right shade to camouflage that will look natural. Your tutorials have been very helpful to me as a re-beginner.
I’m struggling with dry, thinning, aging skin this winter! I love both types of videos, as they are always educational and entertaining. I think it’s great that you offer different styles, because it keeps your content from becoming too predictable, however, I did really enjoy this in-depth tutorial. Thank you for being so helpful, genuine, and personable! ❤
Hi Gabi! I really enjoy your videos! I like both formats but I do lean towards the longer especially when addressing the tip and tricks for mature skin. I’m 61, I have had some major transition with my skin especially within the last year with some health issues. My face is more dryer and becoming more and more winkled. I use to be ok with the fine line but now the winkles are getting more deep and obviously more noticeable. In trying to use more clean makeup. I find I’m having a hard time finding clean products that are great and not so cost prohibitive. Thank you! I love your sincerity and authenticity, which comes through on your videos!
You know I LOVE your videos and definitely prefer this kind. It's more relaxing to watch and easier to follow. This was perfect timing as I'm shopping for foundation. My biggest area of concern is most definitely the under eye area. I didn't realize there are powders made just for that! Thank you!! I always learn so much from your videos !!
I am 54 years old and feel like a child again. All these choices of what to buy...how to use... I'm so grateful for you my friend 🌹🧸❤️ Going to finish watching and joining your channel.. I feel like I'm just learning again..lol❤
Welcome to the channel. It's so true, as our skin ages, all of the rules change, and what used to work doesn't anymore. It's okay to always be learning, as long as you're also having fun with it!
I have trouble covering hyperpigmentation, my application being smooth over my pores. I do like the more relaxed videos of late, but your videos are always wonderful. You were the first person I subscribed to when I started watching UA-cam!!
I’m 41, what I struggle with the most is my super sensitive, and what products I can actually use without getting a chemical burn. I keep my “skin care” regimen very simple, using only Ponds Cold Cream Makeup Remover to wash my face, followed by a gentle rinse with a clean washcloth, then I apply Josie Maran Pure Argan Milk Intensive Hydrating Treatment and Micro Milk Activator Accelerated Renewal Drops (morning) then I do my makeup as usual. At night, I do the same only add in Argan Oil for a good, deep moisturizer. I’ve really enjoyed the slower paced vids that you’ve been doing recently. Thank You! (I also think I have rosacea, which makes my face extra sensitive and keeps my cheeks red most of the time…it’s so annoying to try to cover without it looking cakey)
Love love this style of presentation. I am new to all of this makeup. I am 63 and need things that won't show my wrinkles.. you make me feel like I can do this and get good results. So...I really like the way you are explaining the process. Thank you
I have to start with saying that you are so beautiful inside and out. The content where you show and really explain how to apply makeup for the different skin types is so helpful to me. The fast pace content I tend to miss or misunderstand what I need to be doing. You are great so thank you for taking the time to help the every day lady how to achieve the look that is right for her.
So informative! I am 65, skin has good elasticity for my age and very few lines overall, but my eyes are starting to look…different. I have always had jelly roll shaped eyes, but yeah…getting more hooded and noticeable crows feet. I struggle with concealer. Too radiant emphasizes puffiness and crows feet. Too matte looks dry. Shade is also a challenge. Oh poor me! lol. I have heard mixed reviews on the ELF Camo, but I should try it. I love all of your videos and these thorough explanations are super helpful as it takes the guess work out of it for me! Thank you!
Slower paced & very thorough is my jam. Not longer than about a half hour though. This was perfect. I struggle with crepeiness under the eyes bad!! Also dark spots (forehead) and broken capillaries on my lower cheeks to my jawline. Thank you so much Gabi! I really look forward to your videos!! You’re so real & relatable!! ♥️ Jessica
I am a huge fan of your videos because you are an awesome teacher (I respect that because I am one lol) and I love how you give us options that are cost friendly. I am 52 in two days. The thing that bothers me the most about my skin on my face is my forehead wrinkles and large pores and 11 between my eyes---- ugh!!!! I wish somebody told me in the 80's not to lay in the sun without sunscreen!!! Please keep the videos coming Gabi. You have taught me so much already and I have been using many of the products that you recommend. Thank you xoxo
This is an excellent video! Love the pace. Packed with facts and how tos and demos!!!! I need help with covering up my brown spots. I use foundation but it doesn't seem to do much. I add the concealer and color corrector in peach. I feel pretty incompetent! And hooded eyes! Watching your videos and taking notes, I feel confident about some of the skincare and why skincare prep is key before your makeup. I had no idea and never really thought of it. It's been one month since I started back on a new and inproved skin regimen. I can feel the difference and improvements. Not sure I can see the changes yet. I love that you show us how to use each tool. I had no idea how to use a brush correctly. And I was using the beauty blender without dampening it. Hahaha how embarrassing! I am pretty sure my peers don't do it either. It's so cool to watch it expand. What a difference it makes. Your brows look good! Thank you very much for being so helpful and such a bright spot!
I struggle the most with myself skin is even tone, dark spots, age spots. I am a beginner with makeup so I have learned a lot with your videos. You have great ideas for beginners like me. I am 60. Thank you for that.❤😊
I struggle with still having oily portions of my skin, even at my age. But I also have aging skin with dark spots and sun damage from many years ago. Love your channel!
I like both style videos, but seeing the techniques in real time is always helpful as I can understand better by hearing the explanations and watching the application methods in the same time.
I love your more in-depth videos! It definitely helps me learn not only how to use the products but the “why” behind it. Today I learned a lot, especially how important skin prep is! I haven’t invested in that area as I should. My most difficult area is how to deal with under eye dark circles!
I am 44 and have struggled with very dry under eyes the past few years. I have tried various tips I have seen from beauty content creators and nothing seems to work! My under eyes look flaky and patchy often. Also, I love these slower, more in depth videos. I learn so much, and I enjoy the personal feel. Appreciate you! ❤
I personally really enjoy these slower , more in depth tutorials etc . I like to watch when am putting on my own makeup or doing my hair. Or will watch on tv when having a cuppa. Find them relaxing as well as informative. ❤
This was so helpful, I’m not a makeup person so you broke it down it such a helpful in that we could use all 3 given the circumstances or mood we’re in. I like this slow pace of this one
I love the slower, more detailed video. This is the info I was looking for. Thank you so much Gabi. I struggle with dark spots and was looking for a foundation that would provide that full coverage, but don’t want to look like I have too much makeup on . This video helped me a lot. 😊
I enjoy this slower paced video. Also, in the last few years my biggest concern is my under eyes...not so much darkness but definitely that concealer causes the wrinkles to look much more pronounced! Although, I did buy the ELF Camo concealer and with Angie's kitten paw brush it looks so much better! Additionally... regarding my eyes, I've always loved beautiful blended eyeshadows but can't always get it to look that great...but I keep practicing! Thank you for all your knowledge and for lifting up the people that watch your videos!❤
Love the slower more in depth details video! Like many other comments I never learned how to do makeup when I was younger so now I struggle to get it looking good. My biggest issue is always creasing under the eyes with concealer :/ This video was very helpful- thank you 🙏
I love these more detailed videos showcasing how to do things in micro detail. When you’re older and have struggles with applying makeup and doing our hair, these are very helpful. ❤ Thanks Gabi
Enjoyed the information, your clear explanations and relevant information. Your delivery is so inclusive. Thank you and I can’t wait for similar formats from you.
This video was packed with so much information!!! My skin problem I struggle with is blackheads on my nose. I’m 59 years old, and I’m constantly buying products to combat them and face masks. No matter what I do they come back. You would be a lifesaver to help me with this. TFS. Loooooved this video! Hugs- Rebecca 💙😱💙
Love your videos. I find both styles of videos very helpful. The relaxed videos seem a little more "conversational" , like you are just hanging out with your friends. You are so warm - that warmth and personality come through in either style. My biggest struggle: I feel like I accentuate my wrinkles, and an fearful that I make myself look older by wear makeup. I used to feel comfortable with or without makeup. Now if I wear makeup, I feel like my flaws stand out. If I don't then of course my flaws stand out. (lol). Maybe I should be making a change in skin care. I am soaking up your videos trying to learn more!! Thank you for your content!!
Hi Gabi...thank you soo much for this video! I love the in-depth teaching you provide. Skin care and makeup is something my mother didn't use, so everything I know has been learned through my own research and wonderful people like you. I'm 60 and have combination skin and the struggle with crepey under eyes is real (correctors and concealers are a challenge). Thank you for everything you do...your time and knowledge is very much appreciated ❤
I love the slower paced conversational style videos. I really enjoy how thoroughly you go into each subject to help us learn so that we can look our best. I have a difficult time with any foundation as they (and skin care products too) want to sit on top of my skin and not look part of my skin or look natural. I do moisturize and prep my skin very well. I have tried all kinds of primers too. Still, my foundations (I have tried tons) all sit there looking funky. I even have areas on my cheeks where foundations will not stick at all (even with moisturizer and primer applied). I should also mention that I do exfoliate my skin regularly too.
I love that you compare different products, not only high-end but drugstore versions too. As I'm working from home, I just need the simple, cheaper and quick, basic solutions for feeling good :) I love your videos, short or long. 😊 Thank you Gabi! ❤
I absolutely love how you explain the differences between the product and the ways to apply! Thank you! I struggle with acne prone skin but am losing glow
Thanks Lauren! I am so glad that it was helpful for you! When it comes to covering acne prone skin, you have to stipple. Also - glow can enhance texture so having a more demi matte or satin finish may be best for you and then you can add the glow where you want it like on the eyelid or the cheekbones. Glowy finish formulas are less long wear so they can separate on breakouts more easily. Are you finding that?
I have only recently found your channel, but prefer this slower instructional format. My biggest issue is dry, mature skin. Thanks for another great video!
I’m 60 and I feel like I need a little tinted moisturizer. So this video was great. I struggle because I’ve only used foundation in my 30’s for about 5 years. Just couldn’t stand the feeling on my face. But now need something better than just bare skin. Love the slower more in depth videos. Great video ❤
I love these kind of videos, I’m in my 50’s and struggle with combination skin and still have breakouts at my age😩 I appreciate the detailed videos thank you so much!
Thank goodnesss, I discovered your page!!! I am a makeup beginner at 30s and have been looking to cover up my acne , scars and pigmentation ..so glad I found it- so many good tips! God bless!
Big sister Gabi comes to our rescue again! It just is nice to have a safe space to fill in the gaps of our makeup knowledge with great tips and techniques.❤ I really struggle with rosacea, and combo to dry skin. I’d love to have some helpful products that I couldn’t normally afford.
I like both kinds of videos. Just hanging “with you” is all I need. My menopausal skin has me re-applying and over purchasing products, and I mostly end up crying. My anxiety got the best of me at a recent wedding and I had to just sit and let my daughter do my makeup for me. All I could use was a CC Crème due to an unknown rash! I NEVER had a problem with skin care or makeup application in the past. It really is as if I am a beginner. Thank you!❤
Hello I love all your videos. I am new to your channel. I have been watching for about 3 months and have learned so much, between your make up and hair videos. I am 57 years old and never have really took time to really do my make up. Well I learned that I was applying things in the wrong order and I could never seem to use my mascara right more got on my nose and eyelid lol. I watched one of your videos on how to apply mascara and my mind was blown. My eyelashes now look great. I have learned so much about makeup and hair. At 57 I actually now feel good when I leave the house Thank you . Oh I do struggle with very dry skin. I also follow you on instagram
I am new to your channel but definitely not new to makeup I loved the explanation and info and learned some things about applications and tools thanks Peace from Canada ❤
Thank you, Gabi! Your tutorials are always thorough, and succinctly stated. I Love this type of format best, as we get to experience your personality & warm nature. It's still just as concise as the former format, but just giving us an opportunity to connect with you more personally. One suggestion that I might make, is that at the end of each segment of your tutorials to do an insert below with a quick note... "Tips Review", where you give the main bullet points of everything you just more thoroughly instructed. This would make it great to be able to screen shot, and keep as a reminder when we're actually putting on our makeup, or doing our hair. Are you going to do a makeup tutorial on your last models makeover, where you only went through what you did with her hair. It was the wonderful artist lady
I honestly enjoy any kind of video that you do! But, I've really enjoyed these longer videos! I really seem to learn so much from you! Thank you for putting in all the hard work that you do on these videos for US! I TRULY APPRECIATE ALL YOU DO!!! ❤

I really appreciate this video and your time and energy you devote to educating. Thanks so much Gabi❤
Skin prep is exciting to me!😂 Love it!❤
LOL! I am so glad that you like it! Like I mentioned, this video was sponsored but I genuinely use these products. They are great and SO AFFORDABLE.
My greatest challenge is understanding when to use sunscreen in this process especially for mature skin. Loved your video - it clarified so much for me. Thx
I am mostly struggling with knowing what to do! There are so many steps and I’m a beginner makup user at 41 years young. 😊
It can be very complicated for sure. I need to make more simplistic videos to help beginners. Have you watched this one yet? ua-cam.com/video/eDv6rx1usyE/v-deo.html
I'm 42 and I struggle with foundation making my under eye wrinkles look worse
I'm 37 and struggling to find step by step guides for my age group as well! I've been doing my makeup wrong my entire life thus far so these videos are very helpful!
What kind of foundation really works under your eyes with out magnifying your wrinkles
Struggling with dull, dehydrated, aging skin. I love your videos, but the more relaxed, in-depth format is really nice!
Ohhh Gaby que... DETALLADO, POFESIONAL , ALUCINANTE VIDEO Aprendo mucho con Tigo ...Saludos de Argentina 🙏❤
Love the long format. I struggle with creasing around the eye and mouth. Your tips today should really help. I do great skincare prep, so I think I need to look at trying different tools. Thanks again Gabi.
Thank you Gabi! I won the prize? 🙏🥰
Like the more in depth videos. Short ones are fun but hard to really follow step by step. Thanks!
I am 54 years old and feel like a child again.
All these choices of what to buy...how to use...
I'm so grateful for you my friend 🌹🧸❤️
Going to finish watching and joining your channel..
Hola Gabi , me encantan tus videos dónde nos enseñas con detalles cada paso de cuidado y maquillaje,
yo tengo la piel grasa y me ayudan tus consejos ❤
Great video - you explain skin types and foundation options so well. I enjoy these thorough, more in-depth discussions. ❤
Thank you
Hola Gabi, me encanta como explicas. Mil gracias por tu tiempo para las que lo sabemos maquillarnos.☺️
My biggest skincare concern currently is fine lines. I absolutely loved this video, such great information. Thank you Gabi!
I am struggling with the dryness and the redness from my autoimmune disease.. LOVING all the videos and this one is so very informative ❤
This vid is exactly what I need! I've been confused by a foundation brush vs a wet or dry sponge. Thank you Gabi😊❤
I love your more in-depth videos! It definitely helps me learn not only how to use the products but the “why” behind it. Today I learned a lot, especially how important skin prep is! I haven’t invested in that area as I should. My most difficult area is how to deal with under eye dark circles!
I like the WHY, too.
Thanks for watching and taking the time to share your struggles.
I personally really enjoy these slower , more in depth tutorials etc . I like to watch when am putting on my own makeup or doing my hair. Or will watch on tv when having a cuppa. Find them relaxing as well as informative. ❤
I prefer this type of videos! I always learn something new and interesting for myself (68 years old). Thank you 🍀🍀.
This was so helpful, I’m not a makeup person so you broke it down it such a helpful in that we could use all 3 given the circumstances or mood we’re in. I like this slow pace of this one
Love the in-depth teaching style
I’m loving this content. I just realized I’m using the incorrect foundation for my skin type. Thank Gabi fir always teaching us something new
Enjoyed the information, your clear explanations and relevant information.
Love your videos. You are very genuine and down to earth. I have mature skin and I like the way you treat us older gals. You are a very good teacher.
I struggle with aging skin but it’s still oily in my sixties. You are so relatable and I like the pace
I like this style of video very much, Gabi-thorough and conversational.
Love this ! We all need refresher on makeup and proper tools
Hi Gabi! I have mature combo skin. I want my skin to be the best it can be. I've learned a lot from you so far. I love the more relaxed video. 😊
Thank you very much, Gabi! ☺️
Very pretty 🥰
Thank goodnesss, I discovered your page!!! I am a makeup beginner at 30s and have been looking to cover up my acne , scars and pigmentation ..so glad I found it- so many good tips! God bless!
I really enjoy slow and precise. Thank you for doing what your do.
Big sister Gabi comes to our rescue again! It just is nice to have a safe space to fill in the gaps of our makeup knowledge with great tips and techniques.❤
I really struggle with rosacea, and combo to dry skin. I’d love to have some helpful products that I couldn’t normally afford.
Azaleic acid works great. The Ordinary brand makes an inexpensive product that I love.
This style video is great. Love that you suggest hi end and drug store options. Always learn from you. ❤
I prefer this type of video. I love the details and slower pace. Thanks for helping us and putting our needs first, ha. Take Care gorgeous!
As many years as I've been wearing makeup, and still I saved this to watch over and over again. Thanks!
The Estee Lauder Double Wear is my Holy Grail, along with the Charlotte Tilbury brightening powder to set my concealer! Love the slower informative videos! Thank you!
Hi, Gabi! I love your videos. I like the slower pace, thorough videos. My biggest struggle is with dry skin. I keep trying skin prep that is more hydrating . . .so far; no luck!
I love your channel! I enjoy in depth videos and shorter ones. I find value in everything you put out. I am 66 and struggle with fine lines, wrinkles and age spots.
