Triangle Wave Signal Generator Design Explained

This Triangle wave signal generator circuit is implemented using three operational amplifier and one capacitor (there are other variants of this circuit that requires less number of op amps). The first op amp stage works as a comparator due to positive feedback. The second op amp stage is an integrator and the third op amp stage is just an inverting amplifier. Using a combination of op amp virtual ground for the second and third stages, and Kirchhoff Current Law (KCL) this circuit is analyzed.

If first opamp is changed from an inverting Schmitt trigger into a non-inverting one, can we get rid of the last/third inverting one?
