Wish you would have explained how you put (R3/R4) in there. You went from Ad to Ad2. Same thing I could not understand from my textbook

R3/R4 is the gain for the inverting amplifier

You have got the current wrong way. It should follow from top to bottom

Also this would be inverting circuit. So this video, although gives nice explanation has mistakes
