Conductivity Marking Fish Scale Pattern With JPT Lasers

This is a frame of our mobile phone. The fish scale pattern on the metal frame could enhance the conductivity effectively enhance the conductivity. In the early stages, the processing of the conductive pattern was primarily done through mechanical methods, but the process was complex and had a low yield rate. Laser processing, characterized by non-contact operation, simplicity, flexibility, and no consumables, has shown excellent performance with our E2-60-M7 laser.
