Another very informative video Josh, I’ve just purchased the R Tech mig 181 digital welder and yet to have a go with it. I’ve never welded before but wanted a new toy to play with 😂. I would like to see the header tank next

@@mikehindley3 ok, makes sense! I’m guessing you’ve had ideas already, but if you use Instagram - @josh.leech1 - drop me a message and we can have a chat 👍
I have an AHP welder which is a sister company to Everlast Welders in the USA. I can see your R-Tech welder is from the same family per the layout, programming and even the molded handle and peak.
You should be able to see it sat behind the bead former. It does get in the way every so often, but fairly rarely these days! The tank video has just gone up this week 👍👌
Great video. Do you happen to know Matt Clarke by any chance? Used to work with him in Swindon at a metal furniture company. Once mentioned he knew someone fabricating Ally seats & I spotted your Tarty Bikes top. 👍
Great video Josh, credit for sharing your settings as well. Definitely THIS next week!!
Thanks Paul 🤟👍
THIS! Tank looks so cool!
Be cool seeing you teach a “noob” like myself on how to weld along side with how all these settings work!
Thanks Chris! 🫶
I’m another one for ‘this’. Thanks. Les
Thanks Les 🤝

Man there are a lot more settings and adjustments than I thought there were! 😅
😆🤌
Damn this is a tough one this week! let’s see the header tank dude, I know your feelings towards the angle grinders 😂
😆🤟
That please. At the makerspace I'm a member of, we're discussing how to (safely) include angle grinders in the fab/welding area
Interesting! Are these more small business based workshops, or are you working with younger individuals on this?

Thank you sir! Yes, I’ve know Matt for a fair while now! Haven’t seen him for a bit as they have moved away from trials recently, but good lad 🤟
