BTW I'm not comparing him to guitar legends or anything. I mean I'm a rocker, I follow some of the greatest bands ever and I wouldn't compare Adam to Eddie, Jimmy, Dave Mustaine, Dimebag, Angus or Slash. I'm merely saying that Adam is pretty awesome in his own right and I do believe he stands out. Even though Maroon 5 is a rock band, their style tends to fall on the pop side a lot, but he's better than many guitarists who come from bands that areconsidered "heavy metal bands" of the 21st centur

A gorgeous Gibson SG Custom with 3 gold pick-ups, a beautiful heritage cherry sunburst Gibson Les Paul, an all-black Fender Strat...just gorgeous. One of my favorite live albums of all time. I love re-watching this DVD again and again and again and again...
Awesome to see a band that isn't just a studio gig! these guys are a kick ass live band too! not to mention I've never seen Adam bust loose on the guitar like that. Props!
The solo is actually very good, though not the best one he's done. You should check out the one from Sweetest Goodbye from this same concert, its awesome! :D Not everything is shredding, dude ;) In my opinion Adam is a damn fine guitarrist, he should probably do more guitar work on subsequent records, he hasn't done any since It Won't Be Soon Before Long
