this is 3.2 mil? my goodness. I just bought a house in surrey BC, and this is unimaginably small for 3 million. aside from the amenities like the pool and gym, you can literally build a house from scratch, for cheaper with 3x the space and all the features.
but then you gotta live in Surrey... lolz

Let's not judge if any of us don't own one. There is always reason for its price tag. I believe this condo was the most expensive presale in Canadian history and all sold out. I am pretty sure owners not gonna live in here but renting it out or just leave it empty. Lol

Looks like a sub $1 million home at best
The building is stunning. However, nothing stands out, apart from the small exterior bath tub (I won't say hot tub, because of how smal it is). The main bedroom is tiny! It's not 'spacious'. The bed is a double bed, and it still looks tiny. You lose credibility by lying for the sake of the owners. Also, there are no curtains or blinds. It's $3M. They can't afford curtains? They walk-in closet is also tiny. The bathroom is so small, it doesn't even have a separate shower / bath.
Seriously, it's overpriced.

Nice condo. The primary bedroom doesn't look as large as I would like, but maybe it is. Perhaps I should just drive on over and take a look for myself even though it's way over my bank account. :)
And I'm also not so sure how big that closet is as it was just hard to tell.
I do like those power privacy blinds as I'm not a fan of buildings across the street that can look in on you ....especially at night. :O

looks pretty underwhelming for a world famous architect, the exterior is cool but interiors are pretty generic
