All these RE agents making easy money on assets that have gone through the roof. How do we justify any of these people’s pay? Why are we paying the commissions on a home that has tripled or quadrupled in price for same amount or even less work than when it was priced at $700k 20 years ago! Shame on this profession.

Thanks for all videos you have made. I just wish you did more leading walks throughout the properties instead of room to room jump cuts. So by that I mean viewers can be well clear of the floor plan, which is very important when exploring a property. Other than that, you do well in your videos.

It doesn't really have the wow factor that you want at that price range.

I would not call it a bedroom as it's more like a bedspace. :) I think I'd do the murphy bed thing. I dig the kitchen area and its appliances. The W/D is a nice. Nice presentation but some professional advice from another long time real estate peer........do not wear ANY skirts or dresses with thigh-high sits like that when working. It's definitely unprofessional and on video or in photos even more so. And shoes would also be a very good idea.
