  • A deep ambient sleep track combined with low delta beta wave isochronic tones. The screen fades to black at the 2 minute mark. Part of my Deep Dive Fall Asleep Fast isochronic tones series.
This can also be used to help you get you back to sleep if you wake up during the night.

    How does it work?
In addition to the relaxing sleep music soundtrack, this track contains isochronic tones and amplitude modulation effects applied directly to the music. Amplitude modulation involves a process of distorting the sound to produce vibrations, which vibrate in unison with the frequency of the brainwave entrainment session. These vibrations can sound hypnotic and relaxing, making them very effective and ideal for a sleep track like this one.
The isochronic tones start at 10Hz in Alpha but quickly dive down to 4Hz in Delta by the 2-minute mark, where it then works its way right down to 0.25Hz in sub-Delta.
The pitch of the isochronic tones also ramps downwards, as well as the volume of both the tones and the music track. The overall effect this produces is extremely soothing and relaxing, helping you slow down your mind, thoughts and breathing.
How loud should the volume be?
Adjust the volume to a level you feel comfortable with. Not so quiet that you can hardly hear it, but also not so loud it becomes too distracting.
    Headphones are NOT Required

I am finding all of your videos that i have listened to do far very good. What would happen if you listened to isochronic tones for a few minutes and then listened to binaural beats and went back and forth and back and forth. ❤

This sounds a lot like one of the tracks from EVE online.

Thanks for your brown noise suggestion.
I’ve always had a bit of a conundrum trying to work out what to do for mobile listeners. The problem being the weak bass that mobile speakers produce.
For the music and noise sounds I post, I always produce the music at the maximum volume and let the listener adjust it down.
The more deeper sounding I make a brown noise track, the more likely I will get mobile listeners asking if I can raise the volume. Even though I’ve already created it at the maximum volume.
The same thing happens with isochronic tones. At deeper pitches, the tones can be very hard to hear on mobile speakers. Raising the pitch on them will make them easier to hear but that makes them sound harsher and more distracting to listen to for everyone else.
So it’s been a difficult problem to overcome. In another world I could post two videos at different pitches. Unfortunately, UA-cam would snag me for duplicate content, so that option is a no go.
At the moment, I recommend mobile listeners use earbuds or an external speaker to boost the bass.

@@MindAmend I need to get some flat to my head head phones to sleep. Also another suggestion. Some eastern gong / chime. Random and unpredictable for the brain tracks are great for my relaxation.
Thanks for your detailed reply tonight I’ll play on a speaker
      Keep up the awesome work

Chances are, the license he got from the original artist only shows on yt. This is common for a lot of the mixes here.
