No response is my favorite. I'm sorry and this house are similar in vibe.
But it really means more if you follow his songs in order and know why he made them. For a while he was releasing a song, fans would like it but ppl would find ways to hate and he would respond with a full song the next Friday. Just like no lives matter and the songs he did around that time and ppl calling for him to be cancelled, then he made cancelled.
This song was a response to all the ppl coming at him at the time. He's always at his best like that. And that's what this house, I'm sorry, no response, cancelled, don't look down etc ..all are, responses to the reactions of previous work
But then he does this songs like Superman, sober, heart emojis, I can't sleep etc...that shows his versatility.
Following the story is better than jumping around to get the full effect of the songs because each song means so much more than face value. But it's not necessary to be able to appreciate each song because he doesn't really make any bad songs. Even the ones I don't like are still better than most other music I hear

During the filming of this video Nova had a severely massive asthma attack, Tom had to call the ambulance & actually had to carry her out to the road to meet them. They gave her a treatment & she was able to breathe again & then Nova who is legit crazy wanted to get back to work filming, Tom wasn't sure about it, but Nova didn't wanna let the fans down that very Friday. Back then they would do things super quick, building a set or finding a location, setup, filming then she would edit it for release that Friday, sometimes editing from the night before. I think they still keep it pretty tight now days as well, but I think Tom has learned how to relax a little more than in the old days which were not that long ago. P.S a bunch of these videos look the way they do because they were on lock down, especially there in Calli. So, they were not able to go places or have other people in the videos, they did a lot from inside their home or back yard. Tom was a carpenter, so he is able to make a lot of things seem real, but they aren't, a very good skill to have when you're an independent everything. These 2 are some of the hardest working artists I've ever heard of, I would hate to be in competition with them. You can tell he's "too conscious," he has a sarcastic attitude sometimes, but he's super inspirational, and his music is just a vibe. I have to meet this man live. F*ck the haters. Dude is a conscious legend.

When you said "The Underdog story" made me think of his song "Underdog" but it's on his album "Renegade". His albums are just purely amazing.
"I Don't Care" is one of my favorites by Tom. Super underrated. It's not political, but it's really deep.

If you're looking to get into ACal, check out "Rap Shxt".
Tom has a weird flow to his songs that can throw you off. The ones you have listened to are the ones he throws out there when he puts his foot down and demands attention. He has a lot of silly stuff in between as well to soften the mood so as not to be brooding all the time. Check out "Black and White" collab with ACal and Dax, it's fire af but also has humor in it.
Lastly, before you do "This House", make sure you do "White boy" first. He had so much hate from that song that This House was the response. The comments he received in the beginning of the video were ridiculous.
You should def check out "Glass House" by Adam & Mesus ft Struggle Jennings and Caitlynne Curtis! It's even better then Mirrors!

Im 45 and have been a christian since i was 19 and i always shy away from opportunities thst god set up and those people using talking points from bs things saying the bible contradict itself it doesnt use their points and use the bible to prove its wrong because it will every time someone tries to prove it wrong its because the didnt read the entire sentence with context included the inly way it contradict itself is when they leave the context out.
