Hi ate, just my insight about fasting for 16 hours, what i do is I time it so I can have my meals 4hours after waking up so I won't starve too much during the day hehe. For example if I wake up 8 in the morning, I will eat by 12 and my last meal would be by 8pm then fast from 8pm-12pm. I just stick to that schedule para consistent yung 16hours fast and masanay yung katawan ko to not expect food during those hours. Also with your dogs, specifically your male poodle(?) na if I remember correctly has a problem with peeing in the house, we have a dog also and when we can't take her outside to pee, we have a fake grass(meron din atang nabibiling totoong grass for this) indoors that she can use instead. Nalilito kasi yung dog namin dati dun sa peepad and the grass helped a lot(downside lang is you have to wash the grass everyday and replace it monthly or pag di na nawawashout yung amoy). so baka lang makatulong din sa dog nyo lalo na kung sanay sya sa damo damo magwiwi before. And lastly, if you're not planning to have puppies for the rest of your dogs, you can just spay/neuter them para di sila nagwawala pag me namemeet silang on heat.
