For the past two months I have been recovering from a dislocated and broken ankle. I have been doing seated workouts but I was able to do this upper body workout standing up and it felt so good! I am now weight-bearing and am going to PT twice a week to regain ankle mobility and strength. I hope to be doing your cardio workouts again before too much longer!

I did this one again to get some upper body strength training in... I used both a 5&8Lb set plys the last move I used a 10Lb dumbbell... Do far I have consumed 28oz of water towards my daily gallon goal... According to my Samsung Watch 4 set to general workout mode I burned 226 calories... Today's green smoothie is power greens green and red cabbage flax oil strawberries banana & pineapple blended with water... I am going to do a short yoga practice then call it a day...
I do your workouts and noticed a few dumbbell workouts and got out and bought some 5 lb ones and did this workout it was great! ❤ Much love to you and your workouts I love them!! So much 🥰🙃

Workout #2: 1st I did the tabata workout posted today... This workout is so effective... This is my 2nd time doing this so I used both an 8Lb and 5Lb set like before but I did use the 8Lb set for more moves this time round... According to my Samsung Watch 4 set to general workout mode I burned 230 calories... So far today I have consumed 64oz of water towards my daily gallon goal... Check out the comments in todays new tabata workout to see what I put in my smoothie... See you Burpees mañana for the next Fiesta 🎉
Workout #1: OMG what a struggle lol... I used both a 5 & 8Lb set but for the last move I used a 10Lb dumbbell... So far today I have already consumed 24oz of water towards my daily gallon goal... According to my Samsung Watch 4 set to general workout mode I burned 235 calories... After I make my smoothie & coffee (I am drinking again... I know not healthy but I make the best iced coffee 😋) plus get some oatmeal on for my hubby and mom I will do the reshaping workout posted today... Then I gotta hurry &unpack so me and my mama can get outside to maybe play some of her board games... I will check u out after the reshaping workout... See You All There 🎉 .

Until last week I wasn't able to use always the same couple of weights , sometimes 1 kg and half and sometimes 2 kg, but now I can use always 2 kg and in some exercises they seem even light! This was perfect... I need to tone my upper body... I used an 8Lb set for only 2 moves in the 1st round and for the rest a 5Lb set since the moves were 40 seconds... I got out the 10Lb set to but um I don't think so... For the last move I did use an 8Lb dumbbell... I am actually off to a late & lazy start todqy... According to my Samsung Watch 4 set to general workout mode I burned 232 calories... This watch was not cheap so when this goes down the drain and calls it quits i think i am going to get a cheaper watcher... Does anyone have any suggestions... I only wear to workout and then I take off... I am just sucking down my 1st 32oz of water towards my daily gallon goal... Today's green smoothie is spinach green cabbage banana pineapple chia & flax seeds blended with water... My simple & typical smoothie lately... Next I am going to do some wrist free yoga... A 40min practice to get me grounded to conquer today but before that I am going to straighteb my mom's room up a bit... See You Burpees mañfor the next Fiesta 🎉
