Thanx for your video! What is the good & affordable soft box matching with FV150W? I'm going to use it in youtube videos for food making, interviews.... and also in photos
Hi Satya, The X2T-N can only control your FV150 when it is in its flash mode. Confusingly, a channel and group will still be displayed when the FV150 is in its continuous mode. This is for use with the RC-A6 remote. You can hit the left-most button to toggle between flash mode and continuous mode. When in the flash mode, power will be displayed as a fraction-not a percentage. You will also need to select a group that corresponds to an enabled group on your controller: A through E (the X2T cannot use groups 1-9). If you are still not able to trigger the FV150, check your menu on both the X2T and the FV150 for the ID function. Make sure that the ID matches, or that the ID is set to OFF on both devices. The ID is essentially a secondary channel. With an ID enabled, both the channel and ID must match on all devices. Lastly, the FV150 is capable of HSS, and you will need to use a Nikon camera with your X2T-N if you plan to exceed your flash sync speed. If your shutter speed was set higher than the sync speed and HSS was not configured properly, you may not have noticed the flash. A Nikon camera should have its fastest auto-FP setting enabled in order to use HSS (found under "E: Flash and Bracketing" in the camera's menu). I hope one of these troubleshooting suggestions helps. If you have any other questions, please let me know.
To bad it has a dim 200w LED for AC power requirement. This should be in battery operated. Hope they will come out FV800 or nice FV1000. But knowing ATG/Godox they might be called "Pro" lights. Because AC power can handle it easily.
Thank you so so much to explain everything about this new product so nicely.

What would the maximum Watt/Second equivalent be for the flash function?
Subscribed 👌🏽
if u guys cant get the remote or flash trigger to work just disabled (set to off) the ID from FV200 menu.
I love you, you're the best
so the Fv150 is exactly the same? it's almost half the price but power is only 1/4 less? seems like Fv150 is the better bargain.
Any plans on doing one for the VL150? I imagine they are very similar, but can't find any videos on the VL150.
We will have the VL VL video out soon. It has just been released and no one has it yet.
HOW TO CHANGE KELVIN?
Do you have to use that transmitter to use high speed sync? or is it possible using the sync port on the back with other triggers?
my x2tn can't connect to the fv150. i made the channel the same but it did nothing

What is a good hybrid light that is powerful as a strobe?
There's no hybrid that is going to be as powerful as a strobe on the market. Maybe someday.
My remote doesnt sync for some reason, any idea what they issue could be? I tried various channels, groups etc but nothing works. Thanks
For anyone looking for a solution for this, set the channel to OFF on the light and it works
