Beautifully explained by a very remarkable teacher.....saved to my library
This video will have a kind of spin-off coming out in the near future. Thank you everyone for watching.
Well explained, really nice video. thanks!
What a beautiful art
Very beautiful and interesting art. The target (straw bale), at close range of 2 meters is known as the makiwara. It's important to know that the aesthetics, deliberateness, and intention of movements are to be divinely connected to foster a state of zen and/or Mushin ("no mind"), when practicing the art of Kyudo.
Gr8 ! Makes me wanna pick up bow again ! Coming to Paris soon ?

Also the way of shooting is a technique created in 1950 using as basis of the movements the 1889 Honda ryu (school)
