My own mother is a Q casualty. It's truly heartbreaking. Nothing gets through to them. Nothing at all. If you're referring to the resources used to generate power, it'll be a long, long time before we run out of those. Additionally, power generation is steadily moving to renewables, like solar, wind, and hydro. If there were rolling blackouts, food wouldn't become a scarce resource overnight. Rolling blackouts already exist, and in places where people have gone through something like that, food scarcity isn't a concern. If, for some reason, you think the rolling blackouts would last long enough for it to have an impact on food scarcity (spoiler, it'd be MONTHS and MONTHS and MONTHS), then you really need to take a step back and rethink that. They're called 'rotating outages' to people that know what they actually are, and they're used to make sure no one place is without power for too long.

They give them easy and simple explanations for both the problems in their lives/world, and solutions that are just as straightforward. In the case of Q, the simple problem is "everybody in the government/media/business world you don't like is a demonic pedophile deep state agent" and the solution is "This guy you already like is going to send them all to jail/kill them once he has even more power, then their wicked influence will stop harming you". It's fucked, man. It's crazy to think someone shitposting on a forum snowballed like this.

When we moved here we were part of a program to destabilize the us democracy through immigration. Nobody would suspect people that are performers etc. Very slowly we sowed discontent, through media (didn’t matter which), and internet.

Dude this shit is foreal, I have 2 co-workers that are very seriously involved in this stuff and they are ruining themselves financially and dragging their families with them. Doing it to other people of different countries is advantageous, atleast for selfish political goals, because it's others who become radicalized, makes toppling governments to replace then with people you can pay easier. But to your own citizens? I understand that politicians or political groups are willing to polarize their citizens for that sweet votes during election, but straight up radicalizing a large part of your own citizens is a recipe for disaster. You're right about stuff taking advantage of "people who are in bad positions" because it causes them to make bad decisions. When my dad passed away and my mom had a doctor's appointment soon after that, the doctor told her not to make any big decisions. I was there with my mom to just make sure that we had a good support system in place, including being prepared to make any medication changes. It was kind of a heads-up kind of a doc appointment.
