You ever thought about why kids do that? Because they lack the social skills to deescalate or to solve the dispute any other way. After a fight or two smart kids will learn how to do that. Some will need more, some will need less. Most homeschooled kids go to clubs or group activities to make up for the lack of social interaction. Issue is these adults are self isolating so hard to keep their fragile beliefs intact or else it’ll shatter cause there’s no one more brutally honest than a kid

Believe it or not, every year around this time plenty of Americans take their children to the mall or wherever else to see a costumed adult as part of Christian beliefs. I'm not sure how that's much different than taking your kid to see some other costumed person tell a story, other than the fact that the latter might make you a bit uncomfortable because you've been indoctrinated to believe whatever OAN tells you.
I am going to say that this is one of his best pieces. He starts with showing you how crazy this thing is by showing you a kid saying these outrageous things.
He ends showing you that these kids are still just kids, and does it by asking them questions that every kid would have a very human answer to.

my dad used to force me into a lot of shit, and it made me despise him a lot. to any parents or going to be parents, dont do that to your child. it will fuck them up on so many levels, avoids finding themselfs and who they actually want to be. now im just an image of how my dad wants me to be. unhappy as shit, nothing fulfills you. now that im older its way better than it used to be, but my parents certainly didnt help.
One of my good friends has a dad who wanted the same but got the opposite result. Now he's mentally abusive because his son didn't end up exactly the way he wanted. My friend gets compared to their extended family who his dad thinks are how he should be like. Anyway the QAnon following got so big, and this is my theory, because people who were open about voting for Trump were ostracized from their communities. People lost friends, families. I remember one guy in particular who was quiet on social media but would post occasionally just like family related things, but the moment he came out as a Trump supporter, so many people dumped this guy. He lost his entire community. It wasn't surprising that when I checked up on him maybe almost a year? later, he was DEEP into this QAnon stuff. I even did was Asmon did; suspended my disbelief and tried to get him to explain how any of this made sense. It was so f*cking sad. Imagine turning your back on someone you love just because they voted for someone you disagree with.

@@DoctorJohn_MD I didn't want to write down an essay. I think that having doubts make's you do research and get to understand how things might not be what they seems. Using the gravity example is stupid because the topic is not about believing in actual facts that are part of our living life. Who makes conspiracy are at fault not people questioning something in the first place. When you do research like at school you learn but who wrote what's in history books? In the end you have to believe what you wanna believe without labeling people only because they see things from their prospective.
