Cream of Broccoli Soup and Roasted Pumpkin (Short Finale)

The recipe I found online several years ago is very similar to Martha Stewart's Cream of Broccoli Soup (posted online--updated Oct. 25, 2023). I add 1/4 cup of milk and 2 tablespoons of sour cream in place of heavy cream. I also add a generous about of shredded cheese (2/3 cup) which is optional.
