Super job dude. Very clear and I understand far better now. I played with the gift and spent some money - 30 euro pro month - for the first year. Now a play free for a year. At Christmas, my present to myself is going to be a year Valkirie plus 30 pro Month once more. I love the developmet and i know now how to move forward thanks to you and 'Secrets' and so forth. I love the game.
I've watched this video maybe three times, and just now i opened up the description and saw all the goodies. Thanks for sharing the information. I just became Guild Master so this is all treasure to share with the team
Just one correction...for the Facebook version anyway (not sure if mobile is the same). You only need to use one rune (of any value) to earn the 700 activity points in the daily quest (we've tested it). You don't actually need to level the glyph up. Very useful if you're resource starved and your guild has minimum activity point requirements.
Charlie, I used to have a nice reference chart, showed each hero and the order of importance for their glyphs. Lost it. Do you have it pinned somewhere?
Thanks for all the great information and tips. I am at Level 57 and completely agree with you that Astaroth isn't much of a tank as he doesn't do much damage and dies too easily. At what level can I get his barbarian skin? "Found my answer by scrolling down."
Hm, I went for Krista's defense first. Running a Twins team, with Martha and Astha, while switcvhing between Celeste and Jorgen, depending on what I need (with Helios thrown in whenever I see Yasmine). With Krista being in front with Astha, I considered she needs all the defense she can get. That and her defensive skill makes her imobile for a few turns. So I figured that would be a good thing. I should probably start to invest a bit more into her dps capabilities.
You should have focused on STARTING heroes as Galahad Astaroth, Thea, Ginger, Phobos, Fox, etc because these are the heroes we have when reaching the big step on lvl 30. We get guild upgrades possibilities this moment and this is when all players get confused and overwhelemed by game complexity.
@@HeroWarsCentral Hybrid heroes like Astaroth are the most confusing as one could think to focus on his armor glyph but then his spells that are all based on magic demand the other glyph. I didn't have a problem because I was lucky as hell to get a free skin ticket from chest the seventh day of playing so his Barbarian skin was the obvious choice. But the currency in this game is always a problem, intentionally designed to be scarce untill high levels to force you to spend real money.
astaroth, luther, celeste, orion, thea, what should i do? I've noticed that when luther jumps in the middle, the team focuses him, which leaves orion, celeste and astaroth to do their thing while luther gets healed by celeste and thea
Hi Charlie, Sometimes I'm a bit confused with the mixed roles of some heroes. Take Maya as example, her role is healer and mage. Where should I give my priority to? Her main stat as healer is health, but as mage her main stat is armor/magic penetration. Same for Faceless, his roles are mage and control. Should I first focus on mage, than on control? Not always clear to me... And one other question: how important is leveling the main stat of a hero? It has some benefits leveling this main stat, as it has also effect on the other stats. Should we always first focus on the stat on nr 1 in the list, and leave the main hero stat as it is, and level it later on in the game? Thanks for your efforts to make this game a bit more less complex.... ;)
Point of clarification: if I have Astaroth's barbarian skin unlocked, I don't actually have to have him IN that skin in order to get the benefits from it? I was thinking you had to choose which skin you wanted to use each time based on the unique boosts it gives your hero.
That's correct; all the skins stack. It's generally a good idea to buy the skin for the big jump in armor! Even if you don't plan to invest in it for awhile. In Astaroth's case, his abilities are increased by Magic Attack; The Strength stat will add Health and Physical Attack. Of course health matters for a tank, but AST benefits more from Magic Attack and Armor. So, I invest more into those 2 skins than the primary skin.
with satori get mainly MA MP and armor and put him in a team that gives out MA bonus and watch people fear the name of satori lol but i would say armor unless you get the armor skin first then i would get MP
I had to start with some levels of Armor and Health for Satori because he was too squishy to be in the front line. But I do agree after maxing his MP, he turns the battle around when he activates his skill, just have to be patient for the activation
Do you know anything about item drop percent chance from missions? Is this something that is based on only luck, or are there some strategies for increasing drop chance?
Whew this is a tough one. There have been many tests done, but nothing official. From the community team, if you raid an event 10x at once, you're guaranteed 1 item of the highest rarity during that event. This doesn't help at max level, but a good tactic is to do missions that the item you're looking for ISN'T the rarest item you can get. That seems to help, but I could be way off.
@@HeroWarsCentral Actually I have seen some evidence of "don't do missions that the item you're looking for is the rarest item you can get". It's only anecdotal but I must have done at least 20 missions trying to get a scroll piece for a 60+ level item and I only found 1.
@@david2869 There are many MANY parts of this game that deserve some criticism...but the item drops are close to the top. I've got friends that have done everything. EVERYTHING. Not yet, but you can check follow skins similar to this glyph video. I would say that Emeralds are best spent on Titan Summon spheres, or Outland Chests, or more energy.
Good video but, as a constructive criticism, you need to be more acertive and speak with little more flow. I need your help understanding what makes a hero stronger. There are like 10 things to upgrade on a hero. What should I focus more on? Skill points, Skins, Level number of the hero, Evolve (stars), Glyphs or Atifacts? The Artifacts it self is a mess. I have a bunch of Uncommong and Rare materials to upgrade them but I can't used them. When will I be able to use them and how do I upgrade the Artifacts to that point? It seem to require a lot of artifacts to upgrade the artifact to just 1 or 2 stars. Is there a video on this? Please help with this. It's a ton of material for you to make a video on this upgrades and what to prioritize upgrading your heroes. I hope to hear from you soon (at least an answer prior to your video) and thank you.
What are some good ways to increase individual hero levels without increasing my team lvl? I find my team lvl is way higher than any of my individual heroes lvl, making game play hard. Thanks.
Stop collecting daily quest rewards that give xp until you get caught up. If you let your team lvl get too far ahead of your hero levels, tower will become really difficult. You may be trying to lvl too many heros. Focus on your main 5.
Hey Charlie, I’m a new poor player and I’m sure you get this question all the time, but regarding skins, are the only way to get them aside from special events buying them or will they eventually unlock when you reach a certain level?
If you play on mobile you can get some skins by purchasing with skin stones. Otherwise, thru events, outland chests, outland shop, guild wars, or cash.
Great question! Most of the skins you can purchase with skin stones that you collect over time. Others you can collect during special events only. Some can be purchased with real money on occasion.
I See u didnt really level Galahad or Nebula. How come? If I remember correctly you advised at least to lvl Galahad, and you seem continuing to praise Nebula in this Vid. :) Besides, keep up your great work!
Honestly it was a choice between K'arkh and Nebula, and I chose K'arkh first. You get their soul stones from the same merchant, and unless you're doing really well with your titans it's only about 20 to 25 a week. For Galahad, I was mainly focusing on a set of 5 heroes with a set of 2-3 alternates to swap out depending on the team I was up against. Galahad wasn't part of that roster of 8. If you're curious, the team is Astaroth/K'arkh/Kai/Faceless/Jorgen, with alternates of Nebula, Martha, and Cornelius. I'll swap either Kai or Jorgen out with Nebula/Martha/Cornelius depending on the task at hand.
@@HeroWarsCentral Alright, thanks for the detailed response! I try to have a physical and a magic team, where I have aurora as tank for the magic one since her abilities also rely on the magic atk buff. So I wanted to bring in Galahad in the physical team, but then I wonder what to do with Astaroth, or if I should go with double tank in one team. My heroes I invested in are: Galahad, Astaroth and Aurora for tank; Ginger, Orion and Ishmael for damage, Faceless, Jorgen and Nebula for support; and Thea and Celeste for heal. I wanted to get hands on Dorian or Martha next, since I'm not really happy with Thea. Was very new at the summer festival and didnt buy the soulstones box there :( (still have nightmares about it)
